Few months back I had a issue with an order where I got 6 or 9pcs strips instead of 8pcs Fried chicken which was delivered late and was a mistake from delivery boy. We ignored it because it was the 1st time. But today when we ordered, we did not receive few things which was ordered. Actually this has become a habit for Hilite Mall KFC- Calicut. Each and every time we cannot contact Zomato and complain and then ask for refund. It doesn’t look good on us when the guests are waiting for the food we ordered. Refund is not the solution. You guys should provide according to the order. Refund is not an always options cuz I cannot feed my guests with your refund.I have not received Large fries and instead of strips i got something else.Have attached the pics below.

It is in hilite mall first floor. The ambience and services are good. When I visit hilite mall, I always prefer kfc. I liked their chicken👌

Definitely not Kentucky fried chicken and definitely not fresh chicken!I wonder how these guys run the franchise when there is nothing similar to Colonel Sander recipe and I guess this is the same across India.Yum foods India, what are you guys doing?

Its a great experience in hilite mall KFC. Very convenient space for dine in and tasty food. New tandoori zinger is very tasty. I really like your drink pepsi. After had your pepsi, not able to habe bottle pepsi. Its an unforgettable time for me

We had ordered 10 piece chicken bucket, a burger and mayo as well. The food was unbelievably costly. Thats not all, many of the chicken pieces were too small to be considered as chicken and the mayo was also a small amount. The burger had no kind of vegetables or sauce in it, just a piece of chicken with no flavoring inside the bun. Highly disappointed.
