Nice hotel, tasty food, one of the oldest hotel in Kozhikode town. Rahmath hotel biriyani is very famous and its one of the main attractions in Kozhikode. Heavy rush is there in noon time. The area is very congested and parking is very difficult.

All the hype about this restaurant is rightfully true. The beef, chicken biriyani is bound to leave you wanting for more. I really doubt if there is any time without customers, because the demand is that high and this place delivers.. exceptionally well too. Parking can be a hassle but lets not be too critical.

Amazing experience and non-veg lovers should go there to try some keralan style local food. We tried fish it was loaded with flavours that still I remember the taste of it. Ill definitely go there in near future. Trust me, you wont regret having food here...

I once preferred this place for their amazing beef biriyani but now a days the quality of the biriyani has come down it had very less flavour they reduced the amount of masala the old biriyani was lovely and this one was a bitter disappointment

Probably a place where I keep going to eat biriyani. It’s always crowded during the peak hours so it’s best to plan accordingly and visit. Services are fast at this place. Add a black tea or mint lime along with this for better satisfaction.FYI - Separate car parking available nearby and there is an auto to pick up and drop at the both location. Carry your Bill to avoid parking charges.

NEVER EVER.As I was moving from trivandrum to calicut, the most heard name here in Calicut was rahmath. With lots of dream, went there with family, had beef biriyani. It tasted bit odd.Within one hour after getting home, me myself , my wife and my two year old daughter had severe food poisoning symptoms.. bouts of vomiting and diarrhea. Now as my 2 year old daughter had to go back to trivandrum by train, they are all suffering from severe illness. Railway doctor is now attending them. I will move legally agianst this Ill cooked food, as I have data of bill, railway doctor consultation and all.Get ready for legal battle.

Biriyani was tastier, have much non-veg tasty foods including mutton, beef, chicken, fish items along woth gobi manchurian like veg items. Feels that they use low cost veg. Origin ghee for biriyani making and is in some excess, Thats why there is a sticky effect on hands during washing which can be removed only by using soap. Suggstion is that they could use Halal animal fats only at right propotionate required quantity.(Perhaps, It might increase the cost beyond Rs.120 as of now, may not tolerable to the regular customer). Enough quantity is there for the priced items.Neatly and Well maintained. An full time toilet cleaning staff must be improve the quality of their services.

The very first thing I had after landing in Kozhikode was the Rahmath Beef Biriyani. I should say after hearing all the hype, traveling all the way from Kollam, I was a little afraid that it would not live up to it. But oh man that biriyani was something.There was ample pieces and none of it were bone pieces. This was a pleasant surprise given most places will have those. The masala was flavour full too and the beef was well cooked. There was no bloated feeling you normally get after having a biryani (The Biriyani Hangover).Even though the hotel had ample seating we had to wait in line to get a seat at 2pm. And thats saying something. What an experience it was.PS: I couldnt pick a winner between Rahmath, Kuttichira and Paragon. Give anyone of it and you will love it.

Was traveling through Calicut and we stopped at @hotelrahmath for their legendary biriyani 🤤.Had the king fish, mutton and beef biriyanis and all of them were just awesome.. great quantity, quality and mouthwateringly tasty biriyani. The fish, beef and mutton were really soft and juicy and the masala was great accompaniment for the meat..The mint lime at the end was just the best way to end a biriyani feast 😋😋.Everyone should try their biriyani when travelling through Calicut..Follow @hadiquejamalfor more 😃

This is the old branch of Rahmath hotel and famous for thier kozhikodan biriyanis...other than biriyanis they have lot of other must try items on menu..parking available at walkable distance to hotel.. usually there used be waiting for table.. staffs are well behaved and quick in services..multi payment modes are accepted..good for non-veg lovers.

Went to the famous Rahmath Hotel in December. The long queue from outside suggested that it was going to be a great experience. The crowd was too much that people have to wait for at least 10-15 mins to get in during peak hours. The service was good, fast and clean. Inside was not too spacious, or may I felt so because of the crowd. I was in for their famous Beef Biriyani. The moist, but slightly undercooked beef pieces covered with flavourful, delicious rice was really great to my taste. It was worth the hype I felt. I felt the rice grains melting inside my mouth as it was so tasty. The quantity was adequate. You could even ask for a half plate. Medium sized beef pieces couldve been slightly more cooked. Beef was chewy and I had to struggle a bit with it. A mint lime juice together with it was a really great experience. I didnt really get enough time to enjoy the ambiance, and I genuinely doubt if there was any! Would love to visit again.

Have lost their old reputed taste, beef quantity not fair and hard to chew. The biriyani get harder bcz oil property change when it comes to room temperature. Consume it hot. Parking or stopping for order is a hassle

When I asked someone where u can get the best Biriyani the answer which came was Rahmath. So me and my friend went there to have a Biriyani. I was told the Beef Biriyani is the best at Rahmath.We reached there around 01.30pm and the crowd was such that we were asked to wait outside the hotel. First I thought that was a small restaurant, but then I understood that its not due to small in size but due to crowd we were not able to get in. They have A/c and Non A/c set up. They have a family rooms too..Coming to Food it was great, understood that all their Biriyani are great and the Beef was the best. Recommended Everyone to go.. speedy and fast service too
