Good shop ,Have most of the smartphone brands including POCO and Xiaomi.But the shopkeepers are not too good.They force you to buy their products or smartphone brands ,because of their promotion.Dont ask them for a good new phone or a product,they suggest you any other brands.Go with a techy or go with a specific model iff you have in your mind.Search in youtube and view the review of smartphones.Most of the youtubers are honest than shopkeepers.

I enquired the same with this shop and they are not taking the calls.. finally i got a number and called that person, he replied that u go and give the phone to service centre.. no more information gets from there side.So i realized that no help gets from their side after purchasing a product...

Very waste shop shop in calicut city.I have gone their in search of Realme 5 pro but at that time it was not there .So the salesperson compel me to buy another phone he said that it was more good phone.But the phone had got heating and also very hanging .So i went to them from the next day of purchase but they refused to replace the phone.Please dont go to tecQ you all will be cheated without any business ethics

Actually I visit this showroom last year to purchase mobile for my fiance as a engagement gift, I was looking for moto g5 at that time it was out of stock, mean time salesman tried to convince me to take Moto x4, finally I purchased it and gave it as Gift.But the phone started to show problems exactly after one year ( warrenty expired) like turning of while answering call, or playing WhatsApp status video, or try to call , suddenly dropping battery percentage, today I finally visited the the shop to check the problem, infornt desk they ask me to wait for the technician who went to have lunch , they said 15 minutes , I wait around half hour to know whats the problem with my phone. Finally he arrived I spoke with him he asked about the warrenty , I replied its expired. He not even checked the mobile and he said it may be having a battery issue , we dont have battery here , you better have to give it to other service shop .Is it fair? I think they must treat the customer in well manner, they can keep the mobile and tell me come back in two days we will check it. But they didnt show such politness. So I personally wont recommend this shop to anyone in my friend circle.So guys I hope this will be helpful who gonna visit the shop and do go behind moto mobiles......
