Have good collection of items from their own brand names. Quality is good and price is negotiable. Dont think the items will last long they will only perform like it is priced. In short they are value for money. Best if you are looking for more than one pair. They run combo offers round the year. This outlet at Hilite mall will not accept any max/lifestyle gift cards as they are not the direct retail outlet (its a franchise, it seems)If anyone who wishes to redeem a gift card at this store outlet will get turned down by the staff due to this problem. Theyll ask you to contact the Manjeri Max showroom/outlet and I could confirm with other Max stores around the area that this is the case with most of them.Unluckily that wastes a lot of time and effort from the part of customer as it is nowhere mentioned that the gift cards will not be accepted nor they are not the direct outlet of max (in the customer perspective)[event the websites are not mentioning this info]Apart from this problem, it seems to be okay and staff are friendly and helpful and they have a good amount of dress collections to choose from.

Quality is really pathetic... I never ever suggest Max Calicut HigLite Mall branch for shopping.... Got multiple damages for kids dress after week and with 3rd washing.....

Poor customer care service. They were not ready to do exchange( next size request) baby dress which we received as gift from our relatives. There was tag and dress were unopened. and they denied exchange claiming original bill even our request was to get next size piece. We came back and managed to get bill from our relatives who gifted us the dress. We went back to do size change. THEY SAID NO..CLAIMING PURCHASE DATE EXCEEDED 30 DAYS. We were talking to same executive both time and he was aware about our situation. We had similar exchange issue in Lifestyle shop in Hilite mall.The shop manager accepted our request even in the absence of bill. we pointed out this to Max manager , but he was not in a mood to accept our request.
