It was a good experience. The premises are clean. The linen and the washrooms are too. In minimal budget, it ensures a good stay. It is nearer to the bus stop so it is easier for finding the ways to commute.

I really enjoyed my stay over there. Under new management, it has changed a lot. Hotel staffs are very cooperative and understanding in nature. The owner is gem like person. Such a down to earth, helping nature person, I have ever encountered in life.

Good facilities with minimum price. Stayed 3 nights, offered decent room- very well cleaned room. Room was large , had comfortable stay.Room service is excellent, good coorparation from all staffs. Good option for budget travelers.

It is right on the highway. Very basic place. The room was clean, had an A C, a small TV, the bed Lenin was fine. But there were no towels and we paid for the water bottles. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom was ill maintained .Smelt a but too. If u just need a room to lie down after a long journey and have to get going again ASAP it will be OK..

Dont expect too much for this prize.just been there as student and stayed here for one week of my time for IIM visit. No room service.no facility.just budgeted place if you r looking for something just for night sleep and ok with lodgy kind of rooms.

Its a nice place .Neat and clean rooms .Clean bathrooms.And the service is really good.Staffs are helpful.Wifi is available.But the place is difficult to notice,And there is really a congestion out there.The parking is not spacious, really a congested area.And its in the middle of kunnamangalam town, so you can order food from outside easily.— it’s a economical hotel 👍🏻

A good lodge, peaceful, neatly maintained. Please change the pillows. Their height is abnormal. Rest is fine.

Ok rooms. Even though its OYO, standards are not maintained properly.Some towels are very dirty, they are not white anymore. TV switches on but no channels. Toilet has cockroaches. AC worked thankfully but remote barely works. Hot water and water pressure is great. Service is surprisingly good both reception and house keeping (when you can reach them).

My stay exceeded my expectations...room, comfy- but nice services in this small town . All of the extras are here. The business center is a major convenience-very nice decent price package i recommend for a quick stay

Reasonable accommodation and close to IIM Kozhikode

The hotel is a budget hotel, only expect those facilities. Clean rooms and toilets, the staff is courteous too. Smoking is prohibited. I would only go there if I get an offer like what I got from Oyo. It costed me less than 1000.

Worst experience and Dont choose this hotel at any cost!!! This hotel is running by management who dont know how to treat customers. These guys denied my room which was booked 2 weeks ago. Reached the hotel at midnight and the hotel guys said that they do not accept reservations from online travel websites. I dont understand why the hell they are listed in website. Hotel is situated around 13 kms away from main town and there is not a single taxi/auto available during night. They literally trapped me in that area. I was outside the streets like no where to stay. The hotel guys told me to pay if I want to stay. Note that I had already paid online and called them before reaching there. I had called the travel partner and luckily they arranged alternate hotel.Its my personal experience and better you stay away from these kind of irresponsible hotels so they will understand that customers are not idiots.

A good stay near to IIM Kozhikode and NIT Calicut though NIT campus is a little far. Near to kunnammangalam bus stop.Plenty of rooms. Reasonable room rate. No dining facility. Even you have to pay for water bottles also. Market is there but only one or two small restaurant nearby. Well behaved and helpful staffs.

This hotel is very good. This hotel is run under by OYO rooms. So they are keeping their standard very well. It is located on kunnamangalam . Deeply say its near to bus stand. We have a bakery and a shop under the hotel. Staffs are good. And well maintained rooms. Clean bathroom and a window provide sunlight. Tv ac everything is perfect. Bed is so good and i like it. But pillows are not too good. Wi fi signal strength is good and fast. Have a table with two chairs. Wardrobe. And Washbasin os neat.

WARNING !!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.I had booked AR residency for my family through Goibibo and got confirmed room. Called AR residency again and informed that we will checkin at late night only along with booking details. The one who attended phone informed that its not a problem and the room will be ready at any time. Me with my wife and baby reached hotel around 11.45pm and the receiptionist said that THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FROM ONLINE WEBSITES. We were shocked and asked them why it was not informed at the time when we called. He was not having any answer. The staff member was rude and denied our room at this late night and we were in the middle of the road without any other option. Called Goibibo and informed about this and they arranged room in a 3 star hotel at Calicut which is around 14 kms away from this location as there were no rooms available nearby. As I was travelling in my own vehicle it was fine for me. We reached the new hotel at 12.45 am and checkin was quick. Now Imagine if someone without his own vehicle reached this AR residency at midnight and they denied checkin, you need to sleep in road!!! The place is not having any public transportation at midnight. No autos or taxi. So BEWARE when you choose AR residency.Note: They changed their name to ASSENT INN now. Looks like its their new trick to reject reservations online saying that they have new management and old hotel does not exist)STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEATERS!!!

This is best available option for travellers and visitors to and around kunnamanagalam,the hotel, having OYO tag is very good with customer service and facilities provided.The rooms are very tidy, with quality beds and beddings, very good and newly renovated/build washrooms and toilets, spacy enough for a comfortable bath and providing hot water.There is lift facility for the building. Even though there is no kitchen attached to the hotel, they have some arrangements with restaurant and foods are being served in the room.Rates are very nominal and worth for the price, though it was Ola cost, this is a good option for those looking for a standard short stay in the town.It is only 8kms away from MVR Cancer and Research hospital. A good option for someone from distance having an appointment .

The rooms are not very roomy but still sufficient for two people. Personally i think the ac rooms are too overpriced.

There is nothing special about this place..this is the cheaest option in the area. Room what was shown had hell number of cockroaches and then changed the room. All the rooms smell like hit spray,may be they tried to kill cockroaches.one other thing that i did not like is too much dark colors inside, red walls and blankets. Bathrooms are also not neet. But for that money its worth.

These rooms have the worst service.The room pics are fake.The tvs are not working.It has very dirty toilets and rooms.There is no electricity most of the time.We have to pay for the water we use to bath here!Uf we dont pay we wont get water and they only say this after we pay for the room.Wgen we check in every thing will work for maximum 20 minutes,after that no water,no electricity and no service.This is the worst hotel or room you can say and please dont book rooms here.
