The location of the hotel is very convienent as it close to the railway station. The rooms are big clean and the staff is friendly and really helpfull in sharing information about the city

This hotel is not what it is from the outside. When we see the outside of the hotel it seems pretty good, fresh and new and we feel the inside is very good ad the look outside. But the thing is very different. The inside is old and untidy. It pretty looks like a lodge. Some of the rooms are full damaged and it is under renowation it seems. The rooms here is not that well furnished or better as the look of the hotel from outside. Its not that clean also. There are lot of cigarette and other untidiness in the areas inside. I was not at all comfortable with the toilet. It wasnt that bad but still its not clean. The wall and doors are really unclean and i was very disappointed.

I booked a room for 2 nights there and in the morning when I called the main desk asking information about breakfast, he started talking very rudely to me saying I paid for only one night when in reality I booked the hotel room for 2 nights. When I started explaining to him that it’s a misunderstanding he hung up on me very rudely and that’s when I went down to the lobby with my brother to clarify things, when my brother and I clarified things he didn’t even apologise to us for his rude behaviour but rather dismiss the matter as if nothing happen. Manger should learn how to talk politely with the guest. Very disappointed I’m never visiting that hotel again.

Good hotel. My stay wasfor AC room including breakfast. It was a late deal on the same day from Goibibo.

Rooms are good....but free breakfast is free only upto Rs.50 per person and above that you have to pay

We stayed in the metro tower hotel as a part of our kottiyoor temple visit. . The hotel is just 0.7 km from the famour tali siva temple. The staffs are helpful. . The room was good and clean. . Althoghter a good experience. .

Pathetic hotel. Please dont go there. Nothing more than a cheap railway station lodge. Air condition is the only luxury. I paid almost 1200 for a filthy old den. There are so many hotels offering much better rooms for this much amount. Keep yourself away from this.

It is a real low budget hotel in the middle of the city. The prices are incredibly low for the location. It is quite basic when it comes to facilities. Hence when you make your bookings in advance, detailed specifications of your needs are to be provided to get the best services. The staff at the reception are exceptionally friendly and ready to help. The room service is actually unspeakable due to limited provisions for room service. Better to go out to meet your needs than call from the rooms

A budget hotel, walking distance from the train station. The hotel itself was average, budget price. Location is quite noisy as it is near a busy road and shops nearby. Rooms can be cleaner. Overall, you get what you pay for. There are few food shops not too far away.

Well parking area, 5minutes walkable distance to Calicut Railway station, 10 minutes walkable distance to Bus Station. Staffs behaviour was good and predictable.

Room was like national geographic channel, all wildlife in room, towel was not clean, washroom, taps, shower, handgun, everything got leakage, air conditioning was so noisy. From early morning, people were shouting at the corridor which was a great disturbance for sleeping
