Helpful in decision making on different courier methods for international destinations.Dispatch is always next morning - Many may complain on delay of documentation - but being in the same industry i know the reasons and requirements for documentation for international couriers. A simple mistake can lead to total shipment loss in hands of customs / border security . There is no return - they just distroy it !No food items ( baked / fried / Pickled ) unless its approved by FDA ( for USA )No medicines - need to be approved by FDANo seeds , or anything that can be grownYou cant hide anything inside saying they wont find it out - cover it in black container / cloth - they will find it. If found suspicious - they will simply distroy!

Very irresponsive, dont care mind attitude and inefficient staffs will ruin the Fedex brand value. I got my packet even after 2 days of the delivery date and not get a positive reply while I call them!!

Worst service. I have multiple experience. Fedex might be a great service provider, but at kottayam, there franchise is worst ever. Never ever go there. They dont even know what is door step delivery calling themselves as a courier franchise. If there is no door step delivery, they should call the customer and say that they have to pickup, but that also they may not do.

Easily accessible location at kottaym ..I send the documents to UK , DURING COVID19 TIME.. it just took 3 days from ernakulam ( even though I given the documents at kottaym branch of FedEx, its moved to ekm n the major shipments happening from ekm ) to reach London as the company promised ... and the employees were so friendly n explained me the procedure in detail ...

Fittrip cycle has sent a courier from delhi . It has reached at kottayam on 4 jun 2020 and I haven’t received it yet(7 th jun 2020). Almost 10 days to receive a courier from Kottayam to idukki. Very bad service.

My husband has sent a courier from outside India for express delivery and paid almost 4000 INR for single document. It has reached at kottayam on Saturday and I haven’t received it yet. Almost 5 days to receive a courier from Kottayam to Pathanamthitta. Very bad service.

I went once ..They didnt give receipt..That means corrupted ..They charged Rs4000 for Canada ..same Canadian address I send less than Rs2000 with another courier .Duration was almost same .Fedex may be good ,But Kottayam office is really looting people...SO be careful

They called from Kottayam office at noon 13:00 hrs to verify the address but never cared to come for delivery inspite of the delivery being within 4 KM radius. Sounded very arrogant on the phone. Their tracking is worse than India post website. They are showing the package in transit at Cochin updated at 15:00 hrs after I got the call from Kottayam at 13:00 hrs.
