Great place to purchase HP product… Bought new laptop from them… Really impressed by the service and product… Great customer support from Mr.Gokul who showed a very pleasing attitude and ready to help all the time… Though not in stock, they have arranged me the product I wanted, within a couple of days rather than forcing me opt from their stock… I would personally recommend HP World kottayam to all… Keep up the good work!!!

If you want quality service on time please do not approach this people. They are good at wasting your time.Fraud/ Incompetent work force: One thing has to be told more than 2 times still they make serious mistakes.Installation of illegal software: They do install pirated software for a price of Rs 800.Over priced hardware: They charge at least 25 percent more than the market price for computer hardware. And they get this from some where else.

Poor After sales service. Would not take the call and will not callback. Please note this when you are going to buy something from here. There is a sales representative Gokul(GS) whom will tell you, that he will take care of all the things. But not he wont call you back. We will have to go there to resolve the problem.

I gave my HP laptop for service, and they agreed to give me after they fix it in 2 weeks. Its been a month and no news from them yet. When I called them several times all they could give was lame excuses and false promises. The service is very bad... Reconsider before you go there to have your laptop checked....
