We visited the place for buying a desktop. Overall buying experience was very positive. They could provide good recommendations on the configuration and I was convinced about it. They installed all the necessary softwares very quickly and we could finish the purchase in about one and half hour. Installation of the software took about 45 minutes.

They were able to figure out the issue and repair the computer as well as replace the keyboard on another laptop without issues. Saved me a lot of a headache. They provide very good service. Had taken my laptops (Lenovo and HP) to them and got it serviced promptly within minimum charges. Ask for Abhimon. He gives better advices about all the computer malfunctions and does a great job too.

Very bad service, computer service staff is lazy and rude,and incompetent. One of the staff Mr Anoop is trying to go to EU on a visa but with pathetic skills like his God help EU if he reaches there.Overpriced , with lax control.Dont know if the management has any idea of what is going on in the Computer service department.This used to be a ok company, with reasonable prices, now the mad dogs in the service department are let lose, they are so bad they would not even talk to you on phone.After I gave a printer to fix they would not return the call even after calling ten times. Would not even give a quote but did it without permission and charge high rates. Seems like this is only for businesses.Owners seem to not care.

Very poor customer service, i gave my laptop for servicing on 5 jul 17. I call them for the status. They answer me that, sir we are checking and will call u. They never call me. Again i call them on 8 jul 2 times, they are giving the same reply. Again i call them on 10 jul that is monday they reply me no one is present in this office because of some ones marriage, again i call them evening at around 0430 hrs, i hear that some one telling him that reply him no one is available here. But the man who picked the phone told me that laptop given to ernakulam for changing of mother board. I asked him that how u send or repair the laptop without asking pwrmission from me. He told me that i will call u later.
