Worse service. Not good for anything...Worse team., In kottayam.

Star vision is one of the worst internet service provider in kottayam. You cannot expect continuous connectivity loses for at least 2 hours. there are online class going and even if you are on an important video call you are doomed. Connection speed are nowhere they have promised.The worst part is the customer care. You call them for registering complaints, they won’t do that. Instead, they will instruct us to switch on /off the modem . Detach and reconnect the cable it’s not easy to get them register your complaint.Even if you register complaints, it would get’automatically’ resolved after 2 to 3 hours - no matter if the issue has been solved or not.

Am a starvision railnet broadband subscriber, To be honest am having a very bad service from you guys. Continuous network issues making my work life very hard. And the response of your support executives are very bad and they dont even pick the call. Some of them are enabled autoforwarding on their mobiles. I hope you guys will fix this soon. Whenever I try to complain, you guys are saying like it is not your problen but railnets and ask me to call railnet service center, thats a very bad response because we took this service from your organization and you have the responsibility to fix and communicate any issues related to the network problem of your customers.
