First of all the price is high than other retailers. The staff is unbearably rude.

Ridiculously priced.You can find everything online, at a much much better price than what these guys sell at.

It was a good shop with a lot of items and most of the Electronic goods, I got all things needed for my college semester project.

The only true versatile electronics spare parts shop in Kottayam. And because of the same reason, they charge a hell lot for each part. Compared to what you get in shops like Roni Electronics in Ernakulam, cost is very high. My suggestion is go for it if you need a few parts. If you want to get bulk, much better options are available in places like Ernakulam.

This is the sole place to get electronics ,ICs and other electrical equipment but thats the only positive thing about it. The availability of equipments there is very limited and low quality. I had searched for several items, common items from screwdrivers to control boards none of which were available.The things that are available they sell at an insanely high price that the customer is forced to give because there is no other place in town that has it. They hike the price everytime we go there and the quality of breadboards and other stuff is trash.

Vipin,your argument is absolutely wrong. I use to visit maxonics frequently. Besides you are not sure of what the owner said to the employee. May be they had different brands for the same product. He might have given you the best item. I know the person personally. Taking some nakka picha more from you will not do anything for him.

During lockdown period i need one item for our inverter ,in our area its out of stock so call maxonics and enquired , item available with them, i came and purchase the same , maxonics owner asked r u a technician or purchasing for own use .. i genuinely replied its for my own use ... ,suddenly he went to his employ and speak something slowly.... any way i dont know what he spoke to him that time but later i understood what he spoke to him , while the time of billing..... they charged double.....Here i cant find an option for posting my review with out star rating thats why put 1 star rating hear , otherwise i will not... Talking about Kottayam shop, near KSRTC.Dear Jerin Titto , iam agreeing with you at one point ie quality of product, they are giving good quality product, no doubt but their pricing policy is very bad and high , its not only from my experience so many peoples also reviewed about their high pricing policy here. any way iam not arguing with you , you told that you will get products at affordable cost ,may be true . what i reviewed here ,thats from my experience.

Very high price. But quality is goodIts the shop which we used to go for anything we needed for projects during college. Any ICs, Resistors or anything it would always be there. Recently went to get a charger for my trimmer. It was way too costly at Rs 290 whereas the trimmer costs around 1k.The items would be available at a lesser price at nearby shops. So compare and buy

Best place for electronics parts, accessories, speakers, cables etc. Nice service. Good collection. Reasonable pricing. Parking not available. On a busy street.

If you live in kottayam and go to ernakulam to make purchase by train, it will be still cheaper than maxonics. Staffs are unfriendly and purchase takes a lot of time. The shop is so unorganized that even the owners of the shop takes half an hour to find things, especially sensors. I had terrible experience multiple times

Please do not buy anything from here..They are looting customers in the name of GST.The prices of all items here are calculated as GST on top of VAT . I purchased 2 copper clad boards from here , which was previously at a price of 160Rs including the VAT tax. Now the new price ( in my case around 190Rs per piece of copper clad board ) is calculated as GST TAX on top of the previous VAT TAX included price (in my case 160 Rs ) , without reducing the previously existed VAT tax from it ( since VAT TAX is no longer in effect )As a proof my bill is attached .Where other shops were asking 130 to 150 Rs per piece of a copper clad board , the price here is around 190 Rs which is 40 to 60 Rs higher on a single piece. But unfortunately they were out of stock.Just to make sure i asked the price of Raspberry Pi 3 , and it is 4600 Rs . Which can be found on Amazon starting from 3650 Rs .Now you decide !There are many GOOD shops nearby such as MEGATRONICS (Very close to this shop) , A.K. ELECTRONICS (Closer to KSRTC stand) Etc

Got an extension cord from there...Was expeting 200rs, max, as I had same listed online for 170rs. But the guy charged upwards of 700rs! Needless to say, the item was burned on the very day of its first use. Though they may take profits like this for now, in the long run Im sure that theyre bound to loose tenfold the amount....maybe not in their generation, but thats how the world works....

Really old shop. Almost have everything you need related to electronics. Very busy all the time.

High charges. They tried to charge Rs. 530 for a current sensor which was available for Rs. 275 from a nearby shop.

OVERPRICED !!!They have charged me ₹ 10 for a fuse having only 3 or 4 in other shops. Only consider this shop if you have no choice. !!!!I bought a fuse for Rs 3 at the Iowa shop for Rs 10 ...Only consider ow shop if there is no way

Even better is to cut the throat of those who come into the shop and take what is in their hands. You will not reign long when you are making twice as much profit
