Great place for fashion lovers. You will get materials for stitching Salwars, sarees and many more. Parking in front of the shop is tight, but you have spaces nearby. The salesgirls too are very cooperative.

Good collection of materials and excellent service. They are very pleasant towards the customers and most helpful. The place is mostly crowded only because of the greatest collections they have. Thumbs up!!!

I do agree with Ms/Mrs. Jeslin..Such an annoying customer care service experience i had, almost an hour ago with a staff named *MAYA*, that too with the stitching hassles.She was so arrogant that she even told me to go hell with.They make promises but when it comes to keeping them, they just blame the customers just like pointed before. If i had seen the review earlier, i wouldnt have wasted my time. You having a great collection of clothes doesnt give you the right to treat your customers like this. You are supposed to lend us the service, not to make us remind you that we are the ones to be treated with utmost care. Shame on you level 10 for not grooming your staff appropriately.

Annoying attitude by employees and one of the employee kept on making pun everytime she spoke. Comparitively high costs and didnt even provide a carry bag.

Their stitching is really pathetic... They dont do what we ask them to it is really terrible... And at the end they blame us... Really poor customer service.... They dont even accept their mistake... They dont even do the delivery on time.... And moreover they are really very expensive , compared to the work they do...

Wide range of collection.but lacks sufficient staff for service.if you are so good at selecting material by yourself and have much patience .then only you go head.

For the past 23 years of purchase experience I had a bitter experience today. First of all we did not find anything special to choose from the shop but to save time we decided to purchase. However the behavior of staff was bit annoying. For a bulk purchase cashier has given usBetter to purchase products from Seematti or Narmada. We did a big mistake due to hurry-bury.Thanks for spoiling the day Level 10.

Nice shop. Good collection

It is a designer studio where we get materials,laces,borders to design our clothes.They have some unique fabrics,laces and borders,but very expensive.Narmada in Kottayam is better than this.

I think this shop is mainly for rich people. The reason why I am saying that is the prices are very high. But we get materials which usually comes to our mind only in dreams. Usually NRI people are the main visitor of this shop.
