Spacious, moderately designed, dedicated employees, felt a shortage of variety of collection

They have good collection but none of them have the size we need. They will make you happy with pleasing words, saying can get you the required size from another shop and give you a call...end of the story😤

Dont expect big collection. Parking is ample

This BATA showroom at Kangikuzhy, is very idly located. Enough car parking is there. Behavior of sales staff is good.Good selection of footwear is available at reasonable prices... Love this place...

Nice collections.neatly arranged.the place was not crowded.we get all the items that we require from shoes to belts, polish and brushes as well.above all we get items at a budgetary price too.decent parking is available in front of store and it is located on the main road itself.

Good collection for all ages. Bought a pair each for my wife, baby, sister and myself. You can have all types of footwear from funky to traditional.

Very good customer relationship, even though I was not much pleased by a shoe, I bought it for the sales person being so attentive. They have a good collection for executive footwear, but for casual shoes they are not up to the mark. Their sandals and pretty cool though.

The place has barely any variety in stock, especially for kids. I visited the place the day after Christmas, which may have been a reason. Staff was very courteous and polite, hence the three stars at least.

Reluctant staff. More interested in their mobile phones. You ask for a specific size - their answer always is - not available!!

Among the other Bata showrooms in Kottayam town this is the best. Good and new choice of footwear, Bata, Hushpuppies, Power and so on. Parking is available, where other showrooms lacks this.

Enjoyed the service there , speedy checkout. The cashier was very friendly and offered a slightly better deal for buying 3 shoes.

Its not that trendy. Typical Bata showroom with all the leather reeking smell. Office and dress shoes you will find there. Quality is not bad i guess cos Im not even a fan of Bata.
