Thanks to their instagram marketing, my cousin saw their new york cheesecake picture and hounded me to get it the next day.Visited the place and saw that it was a cute shop. We bought 5 cheesecake pieces and 5 almond brownies for takeaway.The staff were sweet and the packaging was good.Cheesecake tasted fantastic and extremely fresh. Loved it so much that we finished the whole box! Almond brownies were awesome too. although, it wont be much of a hit with those who dont like dark chocolate undertones much. But cheesecake was really yum! This is gonna be my go-to place for my cheesecake cravings in Kottayam!! 😍🍰

Thanks to Swiggy for introducing me to their delicacies even during this pandemic. Had their non veg club loaded with lots of meat & fillings. Alongside had a portion of their potato wedges. Extremely yummy food, neat packaging and good amount of portion.

A quaint little cafe/patisserie tucked away in a corner, is the newest place to be in Kottayam! Tastefully decorated with hues of turquoise and yellow along with the lovely smile of Helen(owner) is a welcome sight indeed. We ordered fresh juice, hot chocolate as drinks and the better butter burger, non veg club sandwich, seafood pasta as main course. The food was fresh and yummy! To top it all off we ordered creme caramel and chocolate brownie for dessert. The brownie is highly recommended. Helen made sure we were well taken care of, even though it was a busy day.The next day, we ordered through Zomato and the food was again deliciousness! Helen put a little note on the box, which is truly appreciated.Will be a regular visitor to The Brown Crunch for sure!

Loved the cheesecake. One of the best Ive had in South India( yep Id go as far as that). And the burgers were nice. A bit on the expensive side but well worth it. Burgers were pretty big too , with plenty of beef in the pulled beef burger. Waiting for it to open, so as to enjoy the ambience and the food together.

A great place to spend time with a group of friends. Continental dishes as well as pastry items are very delicious, i could see many items which are not found anywhere else in kottyam district.. its simple superbb

Yes!!! I was here. Their cinnamon rolls though my first time, did much better than my first time expectations usually are. They were not blasting with cinnamon which was a big positive. The sweetness was on spot. There were too many pastries and patisserie options I wanted to indulge myself in but just couldnt because of a poor appetite, but I am coming back!!!

Im kind of a regular sunday customer of this wonderful restaurant. I havent seen this place and I have been ordering through swiggy. Amazing food all the time. Today I just had their Non veg club sandwich and its mindblowing. Superb quantity and quality. As they have mentioned in swiggy... Its a must try. Keep up the good work guys. Will keep ordering...❤️🥰

The crispy chicken burger and the barbecue pizza are the food that I recommend highly.Everything else in the list is awesome but the ones above mentioned are super awesome.One of the best cafes in kottayam.

Ordered a juicy chicken burger and crispy burger through swiggy. The burger bun was burned and extremely dry burger. Not satisfied with their food and request them to serve food well.

Pizza was not baked properly. And sandwich filling was perfect but not that tasty

The Brown Crunch run by Helen, family and team is the place Ive been going to when I have my sweet-food cravings. I invariably have a fudge brownie, but sometimes dabble in some cookies too.I also take their milk bread occasionally which tastes like real bread, it also goes bad fast, which is a good sign due to the lack of excess preservatives. The bread we get at all the supermarkets on that very road (K.K. road) taste like a concoction of synthetic ingredients. Im keen to try their brown bread, which should happen soon.Finally, tasted the rolls here last week and I can safely say these are the best rolls in town.This coming from a guy who loves his food, has lived pretty much in every continent for 5+ years, and travels to Muvatapuzha just to eat an authentic Kuzhi Mandhi or to Kochi to just eat an authentic Texas Burger. I hope this place is around forever in Kottayam so that we all can eat food which priorities quality over mass-produced quantity.Also side note about all these shawarma places popping up in Kottayam, its NOT a shawarma if it isnt made with Kuboos.

Tried their pulled beef and crispy fried chicken burger along with their cinnamon roll the food was great. But their hand written thank you note was a great gesture. Would definitely try again.

Most of the soup, starter items are really good. Greek salad is my fav. Some of the desserts are ok ok, a few of them really good. Must visit place

Must check out this place, especially their desserts. A place to try out some exotic cakes , breads, puddings etc. The other dishes like the sandwiches , burgers may take a little time , but so worth it !.

Food is good.We ordered were Choc Mouuse, Arabic Roll, Hot chocolate, and Non-veg Extravaganza pizza.Pizza to get better.
