Ordered a customised cake,the response from JUST BAKE(Kottayam) from the time of order till the delivery was awesome.the cake and the cupcakes came as promised by just bake and the cake was fresh and yummy. JB Kottayam made my daughters special day even more special,thanks to the team.

They have a good collection of cakes. We forgot to order cake beforehand, and so we called them and asked for a flavor. They told about the quantity they have and kept it for us separately, though we took an hour to reach the shop. The cakes are tasty too.

The just-bake bakers, well known for their fancy cakes. This outlet in Kottayam is good and easy to locate. Variety options for cakes. Had a choco-lava which was not at all good and had artificial taste. Also had the cashew honey pie was below average since it was too dry. But few of the pastries are really good

I ordered a fruit cake and they delivered a normal cake which was over cooked and burner and to cover it sugar syrup was added to large extent making it unable to eat... pathetic experience

We ordered theme cake for our babys baptism and it costs above 2000... To be frank we couldnt give that people because it tastes ant powder. Very bad taste. Cake is good only for taking pictures.

Very bad experience from staff, agreed for home delivery and they forgot about it, after reminding takes another 3 hour for delivery, didnt mention about delivery charges while taking order, quality of the cake was not that good even after all this surprises.Will not try my luck again at just bake. We got mislead by fake reviews.

Cake makes all the occasions sweet and so we dont compromise in buying quality cakes for family events. It was a random try to check just bakes for last Christmas. No words to describe the special spicy taste of plum cakes. Very professional in their service too. Highly recommended.

The cakes are good. Could be more moist tho. And also theyre really overpriced ! The cake slices are much smaller relative to other cake shops. The service is very slow too.

The interior and customer interaction is wonderful and now I can day that kottayam has a new cake competitor in town.The cakes are wonderful with other items as well related to cake similar to pudding, donuts and other snacks like puffs and samosa as well.

I ordered a dinosaur theme cake for my sons birthday recently...to my surprise unlike other places i have ordered from...the dinos vere given separately for us to put over the cake and in addition to that to my horror the dinos fell apart in pieces while trying to place them. My son was very sad seeing that happen..i am upset that i couldnt make it a memorable birthday for him. Vill never be ordering from just bake anymore.
