Really enjoyed the basic baking classes at Meraki Studio. Hands on experience was effective and gained more love for baking. Anjali is a passionate baker who is also very skilled at her work. She patiently taught us and shared many of her secret tips which were very helpful.

I enjoyed the private classes at meraki. Anjali is very friendly and I was able to understand from the word go. I would like to thank the Chef who was very patient and explained clearly every step and was able to answer all my queries.

Absolutely loved the baking class by the Le Cordon Bleu graduate! Anjali is the best pastry chef you can find to learn baking from scratch. I attended a private class on desserts n cakes for a week and i should say it was so much worth that i cant wait for the next class.I learnt various techniques to get the texture of each one the right way. She managed to give an absolute treat to my taste buds by baking with quality ingredients that are easily available n being very specific with measurements. It felt more like a fun baking time and got to play enough with flour and butter😋(hands-on class).All the very best Anjali and Meraki Studio!
