Its a really good cafe located inside Mall of joy. Its the best place for a quick snack inside Mall of Joy. Its situated on the ground floor. The cafe has a very good ambience and seating arrangement. They have a good menu with a lot of items. Their coffee is really nice, especially the cappuccino, havent tried anything else,so cant comment on that. The service is also good and courteous.The prices are also not very high.

This cafe is located in Mall of Joy. It is a good place to have a bite. The Inside ambience of the cafe is good. They have varieties of coffee, snacks and mojitos. They serve quality food too. This place is not too much crowded as well. It is a good place in Kottayam town, to spend some time over coffee, chit chatting.

A calm and peaceful cafe in the ground floor of Mall of Joy. Personally this is the only reason why I come to the mall. Its one of the best ones they have among all other shops. I love their pasta. Its really tasty and spicy and Mojitis too. The ambience is really good and the place has dim light settings which is so damn good. Ive a favourite spot there where the seat is attached to the wall with a hanging lamp I guess. Anyways I love this place. One of the places I hangout with friends.

I had a cold caramel latte. It was too sweet. But the ambience of the place is good and there is a/c. Cant complain in Kottayam.

Food tastes quite bad and not worth the premium price demanded. Ordered double beef burger, crispy chicken burger and chicken wrap, the patty was too dry and felt like local bakery cutlets. Chicken wrap was marginally better than the burgers up and what up with the old and tasteless chips served with every order? The only saving grace is the ambience and friendly staff.

Located inside Mall of Joy Kottayam. Wonderful ambience inside the cafe. Staffs are corporative and very helpful throughout the visit. Very good for couples and family. Infrastructure is amazing. Price for foods is little high but according to facilities that is fine. People they are visiting Mall of Joy then Baker Cafe is a good option to chill out.

Food and ambiance is really good but please be careful when you use your card for making payment. They will swipe your card once and it will get rejected and they will ask you to swipe again. Both time the amount will get deducted from your account. And they will tell you that the amount will be refunded but please dont trust them you wont get it back.Please dont make card payment and get cheated. Really bad Baker cafe. 👎

This cafe is situated in one and only mall of kottayam. The ambience is really good enough for a small talk/ conversation. Coming to the dishes. I had tried the cold latte. It seemed so waterish and lacked taste. The burgers were just like any other ordinary burger. It too lacked taste and i had somehow finished it , though i didnt like it . And it takes a crazy amount of time to deliver the order. Almost 35 min to serve the beverages and 30-40 min for the main dishes. If you got some time to spare , please visit this place .

Good place. Probably the best cafe in Kottayam. Staff well behaved and welcome . Staff sandra deserves special mention. One small suggestion though . Please include indian coffee styles also .. what is wrong in adding filter coffee also ? Let it be expensive... but keep it also in menu..
