It is a very good store for casual outfits...Does not have a good collection of heavy party wears... Kids section has a very good collection... the accessories are a bit costly.. sizes mostly start from extra small(XS) which is pretty good... The staffs are good and friendly... Price is also affordable... Quality is average and worth the price... Also provide a good parking facility for their customers..

You can get some medium range clothings , not so cheap and not so much expensive. The product quality is also almost same as the price , its average. They do have some options like gifts and discount offers if you buy for more than a particular range. Mostly parking will be available and the place is normally little bit crowded. You cannot purchase clothes like sarees , mundu from here. Its majorly focused on the North Indian dress types like salwars , tops, etc for gents and Shirts and pants for the gents. You can get some cheap options for shorts with starting range of 499. The staff here is also helpful and kind.

Nice outlet for shopping, but kind of not practical when we checkout and when we pay the bill. They charge you extra for covers to carry your purchased clothes. I hope the administration will look into it, since its a necessary item, after purchase we cant carry the clothes in hands!Why charging the customer again for carry bag ??Why dont you make use of the old clothes and make a cloth bag so that it wont harm the nature ??Peace. The only Max store in Kottayam, situated at Kanjikkuzhy. No different to any other Max store. Good collection in 3 floors. Covid safety precautions are followed. Parking available in store front & in the basement. Due to Covid, they do not operate the air conditioning system and it’s advisable to finish your shopping ASAP. Billing is little slow and most of the time, you might encounter queue at the counter.

I really liked the Kottayam Max showroom. It has a very good variety of ladies dresses. I visited the place 2 times in 2 weeks. And the collection is very good and price is reasonable.

Very poor customer service.This max outlet is at Kanzhikuzhy Kottayam. The salesman was so rude and non-cooperation. They are not helpful and they completely ignored my request. So I let the store without buying anything even though I was planning on buying a lot of items.

Got a lot of tops today... Kurtis and churidhars... There are western wear too but I didnt have time to roam there but by the looks of it it seems pretty good. There are 50 percent and 30 percent off racks too which were pretty good....I mainly focused on the female clothing area and I love the fact that the employees dont bug you all the time like in the usual stores and at the same time, the employees were helpful when you need some sort of help.. The floors are always kept clean... The cleaning lady went around the area I was in atleast 3 times while I was shopping. And I think because of that, the floors were well kept... Overall I loved it.. There is a parking area in the front of the store as well as a basement underground parking.So I wouldnt worry about not getting a space to park...

I have bought a sling bag and have seen that it is damaged. When returned they were not having another piece to replace. They said they cant give cash in return but only credit note. They issued a credit note with some due date. I have forgot to get it before due date. And Now I am following with their staff and nothing is happening. All they say is they are waiting approval for last 8 days. Staff is not at all responsive most of the time. Product range is good though the behaviour of staff is totally careless and attitude is like get if you want very bad customer services. Their redemption points is never getting increased and always they will say it needs to be 180 points to redeem even after high billing amounts

Only I found some difficulties to park my car here. Overall good experience
