Charges are very high. Theyll charge u any random high figure that they like... Delivery is too delayed compared to others. Customer care does not respond, emails dont get replied.. 500g parcel from Kerala took 27 days to reach Mumbai... Next time Id rather travel to the other town n get it done from some other service.. This a worst courier service you will find, They dont have decent people in office. And they want everyone to go your office and collect items. When we sent an item DTDC will charge a bomb and they will say they say they will deliver it home. Please dont user Perunna service center.

They have no number to contact, and their parent company dtdc dont pick a customer care call. They cant do delivery service, no wonder there is no phone numberCourier form kochi just 3 hrs away is not delivered even after 3 days. So stay away from dtdc and particularly to changanassery.

One of the worst delivery services available in Kerala....the staffs are worst...they dont even know if the courier is with them or with some other branch.....just to deliver a courier they have taken more than 20 days.....never use changanassery dtdc you will be asked to leave just for inquiring about the courier

Wish I had a no star button to give this establishment.This particular branch had marked my courier as unresponsive and were planning to send it back without even attempting to reach me.When I confronted them,they said that they had made one call and that my number was unavailable. To which I responded by asking them if they had tried a second time on the next day atleast.For my part I havent received any call or missed calls alerts from these gentlemen. And to add insult to injury this person informed me that my area was in serviceable and that I had to pick up my courier personally. So if I hadnt taken the trouble to contact them, I wouldnt know this either.The staff on duty didnt like being questioned and asked me not to raise my voice and said that they had no issues if I didnt chose to use their service and this is how they intended to treat their customers.Not even one apology for the inconvenience caused.I had to call up multiple DTDC offices just to speak to this staff because the number available on Google wasnt functional and updated.I also informed him of this to which he said it was okay.What the hell does this arrogant guy mean? That its okay to inconvenience a customer?Having such people partner with DTDC is going to be the bane of this establishment.Will avoid DTDC Perunna like the plague for all future transactions!

One of worst courier service and about the staff in changanacherry branch,they are the most arrogant personalities.they just make a single call , if we miss that and call them back they are not going to attend (coz they are busy (they said)).and when i attend the second call , staff said they are going to return that (i dont know on what basis).i dont even know about the courier how can they return that.specially a lady there ,i dont know her name , startedFrightening.its like vene vann edthond po ,njagal busya ,call edkan patila, blaah blaah...worst service..
