I was so in hurry, but I managed to walk in and have my problem solve actually my Fastrack watch strap has broken I wanted a new strap , so they wer like happy to help me wid dat, I hope till next week I will get my watch straps.

Collection is ok and staff is courteous. Can buy products whenever there is sale else no point buying items at full price.

Just bought a watch from there..Loved the variety of watches sunglasses there..Everything was awesome even the customer service was great and they were able to get the watch I wanted..The best showroom of fast track I could say with the latest updates of watch 😍😍 Will purchase next time from here

Sarath city mall the entire mall is superb n well class made but due to corona effect these mall have no business n affected a lot. Hope frm September month it becomes normal. N malls busibess should go well n people foot steps should fall in mall with safety mask n social distancing. They all can visit the mall happily.

The best fasttrack out let I have ever seen and when I’m asking the store person about products one guy was who sitting and observing and come to me he greeted and said sorry for the inconvenience. He said what are you looking for then I replied I’m just watching and then he said sir take you own time I will spend 12 minutes time in store the guy explaining every products but really I will go for a time pass but that guy loot my pocket with new perfume by fasttrack hahaha really I have good experience with him. He was also friendly nature may be he don’t know about this I’m giving a review in google. Please visit once this store time pass it will be good experience thanks I don’t know his name also but good guy with god level sales skills.
