I am also unhappy with the approach of the doctor.I went to this clinic with some infections on my leg..The medicines creams and ointment provided has subsided(reduced) my infection.I appreciate...But i had some queries on my infection when i met the doctor and i felt she was so uncomfortable to my questions and she called on the nurse to her cabin to answer my queries.I can understand her concerns on less speaking with patient due to the pandemic but still i felt very uncomfortable and its not only this doctor ,its a common trend we find among some doctors these days like as if the patients are sellers of the covid.If they are so concerned on these issues,they shud opt only for the teleconsultation n prohibit direct visits...so the patient and doctor is not worried...My review to see the doctor was to see within 30 days and yesterday was the date .AS morning time i am busy with my works,i wanted to meet doctor in evening but the staffs who answer the phone like government officers without even caring to listen just disconnect the phone saying dr not available.Again i wish to reinstate i have no complaints on the treatment the doctor given or the medicines..but only the approach...which needs to be improved...

I had a really bad xperience 3 days back. I went for one of my relatives for hair removal. They didnt remove the hair properly and after 3 days the hair started to grow back. We went to another hospital in TVM the experience was excellent but due to covid went to this clinic this time. They almost charged double amount of what was charged in TVM. Lots of steroids were also prescribed for the patient
