Dont know how to repair a laptop. Fixes one issue and breaks some other thing and blames the customer for the same. Very pathetic condition. This bad review is just because of how they treated my laptop. Still the pc build from there works fine. Thank God ! ! !

Its ok okay store, but customer service is really really bad. When I tried to pay with my card, the man was v rude and told me repeatedly to pay with cash. They also couldnt fix the keyboard of my laptop, and instead disconnected it. I got it back and after watching a few YouTube videos, I connected it back and I fixed it on my own.

Great place. Got my laptop repaired at the earliest. Staffs are very dedicated.

The place is great! They helped me to find a battery for my HP laptop when other shops said many times there are no options. They ordered the battery, it came in 5 days. They even organized to hand over the package to me in Varkala.Thank you very much! You saved me many nerve cells because there are a lot of power outages in Varkala and my laptop immediately turned off and my work was lost every time...Thanks again!

The staff there behaves as if it’s the customers problem whether to buy or not from their shop. Very casual and careless approach to enquiries. Won’t pick the phone at all when we call for some information.

Great place for all your computer needs. The person at the front on the billing section doesnt really know the stock information so i suggest you ask the sales guy over there on information about the availability of products. This is a great shop as they give you proper billing info and you register yourself there with each purchase means even if yourr product get faulty after 2 weeks you can go there and you will be easily recognised without any hassle. They allow you to check your product if its something you can operate at the shop itself. very nice attitude by the sales staff there. The prices are a teenzy bit high compared to other shops but even the low end products are of average quality. highly recommend this place.

When i my mac book serviced here full gone . Even mac os . I give to my mac perfect condition i just tell os update task after that i dntknown what he do . The system return to me. With out mac os they told mac os support new os . So plz dnt give this shop in my experience

Best products , at lowest price.

You can get pc and accessories for an affordable price... But heavy pc mods like water cooling and ssds are not available... The people in the shop (maybe one or two) are not much customer friendly... They dont know what is a PPPOE router... They dont know what is the watts output of a speaker theyre selling...
