He is not trustworthy I had bad experience with them ..He said my laptops motherboard got complaint and it has to be replaced and fixed the price which is 4000 for old motherboard .During the repair he called and said he is replacing another two components.Finally he repaired and charged 8200 ..he used all secondhand components in my computer and charged high rate ,not only that what he said the cost of the motherboard was 4000 and after he changed the price rs 5000..He is a good laptop mechanic but his attitude must change...

I had a Very bad experience.I gave my motherboard for repair on August 13 2020,They said that it will be repaired in 2 weeks. Since then I had been contacting them regularly and always got the reply നോക്കിയിട്ട് നാളെ വിളിക്കാം . After a few weeks of this scripted reply, I got fed up and went there, collected back my motherboard on October 5 2020.

I consider it a privilege to write a few lines about I4it Solutions. I needed their service few times last year. Once I was frantic while I found that my computer was not working, few minutes before a seminar. I4it was there to help me. Over and again I found that I could depend on I4it Solutions. Their expertise could solve the problems easily and effortless. They were very friendly, courteous and compassionate. Keep up the good image. May God bless them.

They destroyed my laptop, see detailed picture below. Only problem with my laptop is broken bottom and palm rest. After they repaired, a key on my keyboard is damaged ,* key remains pressed even if I dont touch my keyboard . Finally I came to know that they use old parts from other laptop to service mine and cost me around Rs3500. I should give not star at all.These people are fraud, I dont know how they get this much positive review. One month after repair, the laptop case started loosing its screw and return to old state. Worst thing is after their repair my keyboard is damaged.

Gave a Lenovo laptop to change back plate. Work was good. There was a wiring issue after few days but they fixed that too. It was good if there was some warranty for few days after a work. Hope the problem never comes back again.

I went to i4it Solutions for cleaning the fan of my laptop .The task was timely completed within 1 hour and the problem was resolved.But I felt the charge to be high (Rs 1180).I felt it was a mistake on my part of not asking the repair cost before hand.Apart from the custom of charging a minimum fee of Rs 1000, despite how simple the problem with laptop is. I was satisfied with the work done.Thankyou i4it and please reconsider the minimum repair cost of Rs 1000 immaterial of the intensity of repair work, if possible.All the very best.

Done chip level for my Sony vaio laptop here.. They took around 1 hour for the damaged parts to replace, checking etc and done an Impressive job.. my battery was also damaged and they replaced it with an old one at a reasonable price.. They are very much cooperative & as their tag line says They have solutions.. They will repair Board related issues of computers like mother board, screen, SMPS etc.. Some may feel the service cost a bit high because the replaced parts usually dont cost that much but i can see that only as the cost of their expertise & professionalism.*Note:- Doing chip level is at our own risk because in some cases chip level service may last only for one day and in some cases they last long.. Doing chip level for one time is ok due to the entire board replacement cost or buying a new product cost is high, but more than one chip level service is not good and eventually cost you a big amount.. Writing this review after 1 week usage of the serviced laptop.

DESTROYED MY PREMIUM LAP!I own a msi GS70 Stealth Pro worth 1.7 lakhs.Here was my issue; one of my inbuilt graphics card failed, the lap was still working with it turned off, body was in perfect condition.First of all it was my fault that I trusted these people with my lap. From a working condition they turned it into dead condition. They took more than 2 month repairing, frequent phone calls to them were either ignored or replied with lame excuses. At the end I told them just to give back my lap, I had had enough of all their drama.But wait theres more.When I went to get back my dead lap, the hinges of the lap had been broken(check photos). And they couldnt fix it, told me the screws were too tight and it was not their fault(As if it was my fault).Then next, when I asked for the Power Brick they said they had not taken it and if they had they would have written it. Truth was nor did they write and had no idea they had it. I fought with them and forced them to search. They kept bringing many spare power bricks from the rubble of junk that was there, finally I myself went in to search and found it. YES they had it, and blamed me for lying at first.And to top it all, they asked for 2500 Rs Service Charge. How could they even ask after all this. I clearly told them that the loss I had was unbearable and I had no interest in paying the service charge but I also told them that if they really still wanted it I would pay. Finally they agreed to avoid the service charge.The worst experience I actually had was their attitude and negligence. Even the lap when returned was too dusty, they didnt have the courtesy to atleast wipe it clean. Customer Care was Zero and to top it, they blame you for their mistakes.Not recommended, do not entrust these people with any of your costly laptops, there is no insurance and you will face the ultimate loss if something goes wrong.I have no idea about any of their other works, but this was my experience.
