It was great eating at Hataris as the place was well managed and maintained besides the ambience being very simple and classy. The food was of good quality food with reasonable price. The menu showed a variety of items ranging from veg to lamb. I had duck for the first time here and it tasted delicious. It is an amazing place to eat good food without punching a large hole in your pocket hence would definitely go back to eating here along with recommending them to others.

Just a big NO. Not recommending.Lets come to the details. I saw an amazing rating of Hatari, and people recommended biryani of this place. Since I also found its name in some sites under chinese restaurants, I decided to try the chinese items.1. Honey chicken (starter)- Was below average. I donot want to compare. Honey chicken doesnot taste like that. I donot knkw what they made, some friend chicken in a sticky honey base with an excess sugary taste.2. Fish in red wine sauce (maincourse)- This tasted good. You can try this one out. I think it would be better with naan/roti or rice.3. Chicken chowmein- Chowmein was normal. It is good but you frequently eat that chowmein on average stores. Nothing special4. Tooti frooti sundae- This was finally good, both in taste and amount.● Food- I donot feel the food is worth the price, at all. My total bill was Rs 1250 and I felt it was a wastage of money . But, the amount is sufficient for two, so this would be good for family dinings too● Ambience- Ambjence is very good and cosy. Good, soft music plays in background. There are large tabkes for family. Every seat has a curtain adjacent on both sides, so that the people can separate themselves if they wish to and enjoy some privacy.● Staff service- The staffs were polite. The guard, at the time of entry, checked our temperature and gave us sanitizer spray. Inside, the waiters didnot feel very nice. They kind of directed us towards a seat and dinot let us choose ours. We went for a quick weekend lunch. Had to wait on the queue for almost 30minutes.. But it was worth waiting. Delicious food! We ordered Chicken rice-noodles and Chilli Pork. Chilli Pork was extremely juicy and tender. The portion of both the items given to us were huge. We had to take leftovers parcelled! Hatari is a very famous multi cuisine restaurant. Few days back, in the mid time of Durgapuja I had visited their Gariahat outlet. Which is located just at Trangular park Gariahat, very near from City style shop and also very near from Gourio Math.▪︎Ambience of this place is very nice with beautiful decorations. This outlet is spacious and they have seating arrangement of more or less 40 people at once.▪︎I had tried some dishes and loved them all. But among of them I would like to recommend --▪︎Reshmi Kabab - Taste was superb. It had 6 pieces of Chicken. Served with green chutney and salad. Chicken was so soft and infused with spices.▪︎Chicken Lollipop - I had tried this as a starter. Taste was so good.▪︎Special Chicken Biriyani - Taste was so good. It had 2 piece of large size Chicken one potato and one egg. Rice was sufficient. Chicken was tender and flavourfull.▪︎Schezwan Rice with Mongolian prawn - These two food items was awesome in taste.▪︎Pan fried chilli fish - It was also wonderful in taste. With proper gurnishing.▪︎The taste and quality of each food item during pujo is just awesome. Which is so appreciative.▪︎Quantity and quality of each item was enough and upto the mark. Nothing to write elaborately about Hatari and the quality of the food that they are making since decades. One of the most famous Chinese restaurants in Kolkata. I have grown up to 25 eating Chinese courses from here. Very courteous staff. Quantity and quality of the food is too good and please keep it up in the coming years. One of most authentic Chinese restaurant I have ever visit.Environment is just awesome. Inner decorations are just the perfect for any heritage type.Food is delicious, authentic Chinese, perfect blend of taste and you may get your plate or item exactly the way want to have it.Cost a bit high but moderate.Parking is I guess not available. You have to park beside the road.My best starter item is Mongolian Fish.You must try pork, lamp or duck items during your visit.For your reference, the menu card snapshots are attached with this review.Must visit as per my opinion.

The ultimate non veg destination. Lamb green pepper, pork, prawn are signature dishes. Try not to order one plate per person cause they are serving huge quantity in one dish. Average wait time is 10 minutes on weekends rush hour. Ambience is pretty good. It is a perfect family restaurant.

The quality and the quantity of food is excellent at reasonable price. It will cost around 900 for 2 person on an average, depends on the type of food. They include GST or taxes in total, also you can get pretty much discount on orders, if youre an old customer. Here they provide you a good seating arrangements with pretty nice interior ambiance. Mixed Fried Rice, Pan Fried Chilly Fish, Korean Chicken dishes and in the other side Biryani and Chicken Tandoori are highly recommended fo those who havent eaten here. The staff behaviour and overall service is really good . The location is as it is on the map but the entrance is not wheelchair accessible. The seating arrangements are in the first floor. They have excellent washroom facilities for men and women. They are totally maintaining the hygiene and sanitation for their customers during the pandemic. Wheelchair parking also not available but car parking is available.

Located in Gariahat area this restaurant has maintained its reputation for a long time now.My mother and my grandmother were a regular here in their younger days and now I am. I would have given 5stars but I am not happy with the ambience.The seating is a bit congested and its always crowded.At times you have wait for sometime before you get a table.The food is really good.Specially the Chinese cuisines.I have tried Vegetarian options as well and I am quite satisfied.I did not expect their biriyani to be so so tasty.I did not like the lamb preparations however.Price is on the higher side but its worth it.Their starters are also delicious.The staff are well behaved.I would advice you people to try things from their special menu.

As usual awesome. Quality and quantity both are properly maintained even in the lock down situation. Plates, glasses and spoons are properly sterilized and way of serving them is really good. I did not find any issue in the sanitizing process, people can go and enjoy the food at there without any fear.

I visited the Hatari restaurent, Triangular park branch on 12.11.19.Just a few steps from Fortis hospital. Take AC 24 from howrah and get down Fortis , from there just few steps toward Gariahat.Excellent interior, nice ambient and romantic place with a classic touch. Staffs are very good and polite. Little bit high price, but the quality of the food is great from all aspects. Ideal for Groups and family or with your beloved ones. Pork is also available, if you love to eat pork or trying to taste, then go for it.Amazingly super taste all foods.

Hatari! The one n only joint where i celebrate different occasions such as birthday valentine day friends get2gather since 2007. This time for a treat by my friend on her bday. I always order a dish whenever i visit hatari named Chilly garlic chicken. My favourite. Also i ordered chilly pork, singapore noodles, chicken fried rice, red pepper fish. Quantity has been reduced than earlier. Red pepper is too spicy. Chilly pork n chilly garlic chicken are fav. Although a little bit of extra use of sauces made the dish tangy which i dont like. But hatari brings peace in mind.

Very disappointed with the chilly chicken yesterday, it’s just tasteless, did not expect that from Hatari, other items we ordered like Mongolian fish and Chicken fried rice were good.

The staffs dont know how to talk to people, not at all respectful.We were utterly disgusted by the way they were behaving. The food was below average (btw they never asked how the food was,simply served and went away)and not at all worth the price paid. I Would never recommend this place to anyone if they want to spend some good time.
