I have generated a complain 6 month have passed but my problem is not solved yet I have call many times but no response always saying we will do it on tomorrow but no response at all very cheap service you have

This shop or company does not exits.. he also does not pick up calls..

The company is all pretty on the outside - company t-shirt, logo, quality asuusurance etc. but When you do not agree they started yelling at me while I was speaking politely. First they were selling at almost double the price of what I can find elsewhere. - I guess its the price of a fancy but ineffective marketing team.

Had installed biometric !! but when it stopped working , we had no valid number to reach out to .. the numbers were not working and there was no way to reach them , it was a waste of our money and horrible service

Very bad after sales service. After I faced one issue with a cctv ,called for the service but mr. Manojit roy said that he is sending one service man ,I had to wait at home for the whole day without going to work, called him multiple times but he doesnt have that much etiquette to receive and say me directly that his technician couldnt come rather I was there at home for the whole day,not even he rang back. Seriously will not recommend.

Myself father of Ritesh chakraborty, u can see google review of my son, they said the problem resolved but its not yet solved,they are continuing harassing us. All time they are telling us lie, all false promise,they are not professional, please please do not take their services at all . I am regretting now.
