People are much busy over here.You need to take appointments to meet them.Receptionist is unaware of anything same as security help desk.Contact number only reception is available in website.You can take buses that headed towards diamond harbour road. Orelse you can take Jatin Das Park metro then auto from Hazra to Behala to reach there.

A very unprofessional company. No one entertains your customized requirements which are actually needed for projects. As a customer, if you go here, you will just have a feeling that you are vendor and Paharpur will harass you at utmost level. The company knows that it has monopoly in its business and knowing that it deliberately harasses its customers. In word, the worst company one can ever have!!!!

Good Organization but managers are not able to take decision

I visited there for a family party. Place was horrible. Street light was not present and transportation very poor. Even ola Uber service are horrible there. Please go there if u have your own vehicle or pre book e-taxi.

This company is also in real estate and one of the ongoing project is Genex Exotica in Asansol. Im the owner of one of the flat and extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the flat and the services. The response of management is also condemnable and I would recommend dont buy any flat in this project or any other project undertaken by this group. They treat their customer as beggar once the flat is booked.

This is one of the worst real state companies with very poor management and stuff. I invested in of the projects in Barrackpore/Palta and these guys giving us hard time just to get my money back when I was trying to withdraw my application. The genexx tower project in Barrackpore/Palta is hanging for more than 5 years with no plan to move forward. I wont recommend this real state company to anyone who is buying house/Falt or any kind of property transaction.
