Big Fraud company..... how to file complain against them

Ordered a ps 5 game from them, taken the money and not delivering the product, now that Im calling they are not picking up the call.This is hopeless and thats how the market is being spoiled by such cheaters.

PLEASE BEWARE!! READ THIS BEFORE MAKING ANY COMMITMENT TO THESE PEOPLE.I ordered a ps5 for 50k & they told me i will have to make half payment now and half on delivery. Then told me since the system is being delivered via dtdc I need to make full payment. I checked them online with gst and every thing & they seemed legit so i made full payment. Then today they are telling me they sent me wrong thing. Instead of a plain ps5, they sent me ps5 bundle.they asked me to pay 10k more. They did not even give tracking details. I refused payment & asked for refund. Will keep people posted about this if i ever get a refund which they are cutting 35%Eventhough their return & refund policy on website does not have this. Especially do not order from biyaki supertron Electronics website. It is a scam. The good reviews have been copied from flipkart ps5 webpage. Also do not deal with a Mr Ranjan Kumar Singh. Do not make the same mistake I made. Update : The person i talked to now is telling me that even for a refund I need to pay 10k more. Complete fraud. Please do not get duped by these people.

No one is picking up the call I dont know how to contact them to cancel an order and if they see this then they should know that I will not pay or accept the order of it comes to my door step
