Satisfaction from foreign tour completion was at its lowest due to worst hotels, miscommunication, unfriendly tour guide. Not at all a company to recommend.

Vensimal deals with people n they should act more like human. Oversmart person(read rakesh ramdani or ramnani whatever it is) sitting at helpdesks who hardly knows what help means. FYI Vensimal, booking air tickets n making itineraries in foreign countries is not rocket science. Vensimal force you to go to places n take those flights where they have bigger cuts rather than listening to where the customer wants to go. Thank you so much for ur help.

Very old and reputed travel agency for ticket booking, hotel booking and packages. They do large volume and therefore can offer quite competitive rates.

Not at all helpful. Making us fool. Put us into deep trouble. After information given to them, they dont help us. Very funny. Dont know whom to approach to get justice.
