We booked a hotel named Abhinash dham in puri via Vraman sangi tours and travels. The hotel has really unpleasant rooms and unclean bathrooms where one stands a chance of catching an infection.When we complained to the staff they refused to take any responsibility.Then we called vraman sangi and suggested we will leave the place immediately and they return us the money with some cancellation charges. They refused to take any responsibility. Really unprofessional and a very bad service.i would not recommend anybody to book via vraman sangi since they refuse to take responsibilty in case of a problem
