This is the first time I have connected with Jupiter Travels for a short tour at Mandarmoni, WB and I am happy to share my nice experience. I am very much satisfied with the service provided by them. More important a very friendly advice by Mr Apurba Dey make my trip excellently successful. Thank you Mr. Dey for your valuable advice. Worst for puja parikrama, no professionalism, no proper timing, breakfast quality not eatable, owner said the lunch @3:30pm, which was not informed to anyone! Pls dont book ever and if someone travelling with kid like me, it would be horrible! Waste of Rs 2300/-

In human management , completely mismanaged and terrible planningJupiter Travels as the name suggests are for people from Jupiter and not earth.The bus drivers and guides have no clue of the route, itinerary and traffic conditionsThey just act as private transport and take you and leave you at spot. You have to fight the crowd and find the bus again on your own. 99% they won’t tell you where the bus is actually standing , so you would be lost.They took us for lunch at 6pm at hotel Astor. Food was good but imagine remaining hungry since 8 am and having lunch at 6pm !!They will stop the bus miles away and you have to walk miles and miles to reach destination. Old people and people with knee issues face a massive challengeThe guides would refuse to listen to anything and at times shout at us. Naturally they are frustrated tooAnd yes , they will give you a return gift but one gift per PNR. So if u r booking together you will get only oneIn short , they spoiled the entire saptami. Terrible management , ruthless planning and a complete flop day

I have tried the puja parikrama by jupiter travels but it has really disappointed me . Their main problem was the lack of co ordination . So it is my advice not to book your tickets for puja parikrama by this travels .

First time I have come across a travel agency where the landline doesnt function. The reps are so busy that they hardly have time to attend your calls, and when they do, it is almost as if they are doing you a big favour. To be fair, they did organize my trip to Mandarmoni in an OK manner, but it would be appreciated if they provide more information to their patrons. Overall, I do not think I shall be using their services again.

Golden beach resort in Mandermani is the property of Jupiter travels. Enjoyed a lot in a one night stay. This was our second visit after 3 years. Everything remains the same only the room maintainance and hygine has degraded. Thats the only negative thing. Other wise go with your family or friends, you will have a blast here.I would give 5 on 5 to the staffs. They are too polite and ready to attend to any requirement.I would give 5 upon 5 to the location the reort starts were the seashore ends.I would give 2.5 upon 5 to the room quality. The bathroom was unhyginic. Pots were having stains. Tab water was full of iron. Hence, could not take a proper shower after sea bath. However, the corridor outside the room is very beautiful as you gaze upon the constant waves while sitting there and have a pomfret fry...Promfret fry(tried both with masala and without masala) in this resort is the best on the world. Other dishes are also mouth watering.Would like to go there if the rooms and bathrooms are kept tidy and hygenic.

It was a colourful night at Mandarmani ... arrangements , atmosphere are too good, a home away from home ... thanks to Kolkata office to make my night so colourful.
