Singapore airlines customer care in India is undoubtedly the worst! simply the worst. They ve international flights on weekends but shockingly none of their offices are functional or do not pick up the calls if you are in emergency or want to make changes.

The best airlines to fly with,highly refer everyone. Very polite and helpful staff members.

Very good airline & service. I enjoyed my flight.

I was put on hold for 45 minutes but still no body picked it up.They dont have lounge for business class passenger.Not a good choice to fly singapore airlines from Kolkata.

Their service is always excellent and Im using it for last 19 years.
