The dont even have to courtesy to answer the queries, neither in person nor over the call. Very very unprofessional!!!

Very unhelpful people few are very rude. So they have no understanding of a difference of data transfer between pendrive and hard disk. They can provide scanned documents via pendrive cant provide it on hard disk. Upon repeated questioning the only answer they came up with is they can only transfer through pendrive. What do you think could be their problem?

Printing house and stationary store at ground floor of Upohar Town Centre. One can get print of any document by sending email or from pen drive. All type of printing jobs like visiting cards, letter heads, brochures, pamphlets, price lists, menu cards, photo printing etc could be done. In addition photocopier available. Small stationary and gift items also available. Very helpful staff here. Reasonable prices for everything.

Owner/In-charge of this place is extremely rude to elderly people.Misbehaving by nature to women.Abusive in using language to customers.Though quality of printing services are good, but those too are charged high. Yes, this place is way more expensive than what other places (new garia lal gate market) nearby offer.Verdict : A gentleman should avoid this place.

Extremely rude shopkeepers who lack basic decency or customer service. I went to get a pen n they couldnt even give a change for 100Rs n on top of that, he remarked, dont you have sense to ask for 100Rs change after buying a pen for only 10. Its NOT our job as customers to keep such small changes n 100 is not that huge an amount to give a change for. Never going there again. There stationary collection is nothing great anyway. Plenty of options in and around.

Extremely rude staff and the worst customer service ever. They take advantage of their monopoly as they are the only printing shop in that particular area and are unnecessarily rude to customers and take advantage of pricing their products as people have no other option in an emergency situation.Had the worst experience ever.
