Staffs behavior is rough including manager.Very, very bad experience, not even truly giving a thought to help an old lady who recently lost her husband. Pathetic behavior which is really unexpected from such a reputable financial institution. She has been trying to withdraw a small sum of money for the past 3 weeks, and the staff refused to process the to-be withdrawal money.Is it really right in morals to harass an old lady like this? Is this bank even safe for us? I dont think so.
