We used the service for tour of sunderbans.Everything was perfect.Tora eco resort was well situated and was very comfortable with all the essential amenities.we were served good vegeterian food for all meals.

We have gone to Sikkim with ITS. It was really a memorable trip. Well planned tour, covers lots of places, superb selection of hotels every place. Tour operator use to call daily to get feedback & confirmation of next day program, real personalize service.

I have completed a family tour of proper Darjeeling on Jan-2020. Their selected hotel, food quality of that hotel & car service were very good. All of us enjoyed the tour with good memories.

I had been on a tour to Bhutan via Bagdogra in the year 2018. I had good experience of the tour properly managed arrangements. The staff was polite and helpful.

We had been to Tora Resorts at Bali island, Sundarban from the 8th March to the 10th March, 2020. Eight of us went there and occupied 4 no Mud Houses. They were to take us around Sundarban for two days. The hospitality of Tora Resorts started immediately after we reached Gothkhali. Their Manager of the Results, a handsome, smart, ever smiling young gentleman, Sri Mithun Malik was there to receive us with two porters. They carried our luggage to the launch,. while Mithun offered us the welcome. drink, the Daber Jal. Then we stepped into our very clean and tidy launch, MV Ma Vinata. While we travelled through Gundi River for nearly an hour to reach Bali, Mithun explained to us details about Sundarban. As we reached our Resorts, surprises waited for us. The compound is absolutely neat and clean, full of seasonal flowers. From the outside, cottages look like real mud houses, but as we entered we found all amenities have been provided. Well decorated with eye catching furnitures, one gets running hot and cold water, air conditioners, big sized toilet.After having a sumptuous lunch we went out for our frst day at out at Sundarban. The second day also, the entire day we spent on the launch. The lunch, cooked in the launch itself, was of highest quality. All the staf members of the launch were trying their best to show us some wild life. And we could see crocodiles, dears, wild bore and varieties of birds.The next day, after having a round of Bali village, we had to leave. We were overwhelmed by the tour was organised, the Resort, the quantity and quality of food and most importantly the behavior of all the staff members. From early morning to late night they always attended to our various request with a smile on their face.We shall never forget these three days of our life.

We had M/s ITS plan and coordinate our holidays for seven days to Sikkim and Darjeeling. The experience was a delight throughout. Their suggested itinerary, selection of drivers and Hotels was spot on . Their team led by Mr. Pinaki were very approachable, co- operative and went to great way to make our summer break of 2019 a thoroughly memorable one.

Thank you ITS for doing a commendable job in making my family’s ( of 7 pax ) New Year Holiday at Kolkata very enjoyable and memorable one. The stay and transport arrangements made by you for our places of visit including Sunderbans were par excellence. We really enjoyed our visit to Serampore and Bishnupur recommended by you though were not in our itinerary. Keep it up. Look forward to associate with you whenever we think of travelling next.

Beautiful and hassle free experience. The team including Debjit and Aditi had taken care of each and every fine detail. Though it was a very last minute plan and I just bounced everything to them. They handled it very personally and professionally. Their team from Sikkim and Siliguri were prompt and humble.They even told the challenges and the expectations of the hotels in smaller towns in north Sikkim. It was a joyful holiday to Meghalaya, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, arranged by Subhajit SenGupta from Impression Tourism with details worked out minutely, beautiful hotels provided and a great driver. We look forward to more holidays with Impression.

One of the most pathetic services they give. We were charged Rs 2800 per day for a sumo which covered a distance of less than 100 Km per day. Even after paying so much the condition of the vehicle is horrible. It was worser than the local travels we have. It had grease all over the doors and seat covers were stinking. The seats were shaking. We interrupted the vehicle, to upgrade to SUV. We got innova which was also in bad condition. We were given old vehicles, which were not in such good condition. There were other travels who had much better and newer vehicles for less or same cost. At the end of the trip, there were many calls made to pay the difference, even though they were not the direct point of contact for payments. The difference amount is 10,000 for 5 days. Upon insisting for details, the agent replies, these are standard prices and he/she doesn’t has the details and will not be provided. There are repeated calls to make the payment directly. This is definitely not recommended. We had a very bad experience. We felt cheated.
