Chetaer service center. For whirlpool washing machine repair 5000 inr repair boy took and attached another 2nd hand motherboard. From past 6 month we are calling to service centre but not receiving our calls and not giving reply to msgs.

Since day after repair not respond for problem still persist as it was earlier.

Pathetic service with very poor value for money. Total fraud. Today we called them for repairing our washing machine. Two people came and said 2 of the parts are not working. We asked about the price and they told us inflated price (double) of the parts. We called another service personal and he told parts are fine no need to change it. Beware of such crooks and fraud people.

Basically it was taping call of customer and cheat the customer and customer bound to pay huge amount. A One Service Center, Dum Dum not at all relationship with Whirlpool India Ltd. I contacted with Whirlpool Ltd they told no complaint was registered in my favour. So performance of A One is Zero. So customers are being requested before registration be careful from fraud.

Not convinced whether it is authorized service centre for Whirlpool appliances. Technicians did not have any uniform or identity card confirming the same. Bill was not provided immediately after the service. But what they suggested after checking my washing machine was right.

Fraud totally. When I called they sent a technician who dont know how to behave and mainly how to repair the fridge take 2600 RS and said its ok now and quickly left from there. When we check that the fridge is on same condition ca to the service tee again they said they dont even know me. They received no call from my no. But there number is on my call list already. But argue a lot. They open this centre to cheat people and loot their money.

Aweful services technician arrived after calling 4-5times and on top of that has stolen my refrigerator parts.when he gave me the estimate of 7500/+service charge s for repairing.i said that I will think about it and reply . He stolen the parts and when I called him back he is telling me I will give you when you will get your goods repair. This kind of service is not acceptable.Will request you all not to take any services from these cheaters.

Very poor response....after the repair...it worked for a month....now they are not responding to my calls.

Very bad service from their technician. They charged 2.5k but didnt even identify the problems. My fridge is in the same condition as it was before, no improvement, its not cooling at all. They provided us the bills that named as different company instead of Whirlpool. Even after calling this company they denied that we called them before and they provided us such technicians.

Ts on a paved street. They will keep you wait no matter how vacant workers are. Still you get to repair your phone . I will prefer another service center nearby.....
