Quality and price at Shoppers Stop is not at all good.

Pathetic and very slow customer service. They will waste your time for one billing. Disrecptful towards customers even when they make mistake due to their communication gap. You wont find anyone helping you with anything. Everyone is busy gossiping and giggling. And worst collection ofcourse. If you want to shop from shoppers stop visit southcity not the acropolis store. Very pathetic service.

Shoppers Stop always has something gifting option no matter what the occasion making it a one stop solution.

Yesterday 7/4/21 we went to Acropolis outlet,as we went to pay the bill,we stood there for around10 mins in a queue, as our turn came,the person at the billing counter called out the woman for her billing who wasnt even standing in the queue,and asked us to wait,when i questioned him he said she was in the queue.So,my question is that,we stood there for good 10 mins if she was in the queue we would have seen her.but no,she wasnt.Just because we look different, it doesnt mean that they can treat us that way,such a Racism,we will never ever step foot there again,never.This took place at the ground floor billing counter.

Friendly staff, good collection of apparels, 3 floors of shopping experience. This outlet is inside the Acropolis mall which houses no other multi brand store than this.

Like all the other stores of Shoppers Stop, this store of Shoppers Stop has very huge collection from different price range. It is one of the prime place for Western clothing as well as western - ethnic collection. The experience was quite pleasant.

Pretty good shop with 3 floors. Following Covid protocol . Still keeping decent collection of stuff. The only missing part is gift packing which was not available at that time.

Been a Shoppers Stop member since 2009, this is the first time that I was blankly refused reimbursement of car parking fees. Extremely discouraging attitude in times of pandemic when the sole target should be to woo customers back to the store by offering small perks like free parking, etc. Sales team should introspect.

Shoppers stop has always been a good destination for shopping sprees. The place has almost everything , starting from clothing to footwear to home utilities. One of my favorite shopping centres. The staff here are polite and helpful too.

The place is too good for a quick as well as for a full fledge shopping, ground floor has women wear traditional, accessories and shoes and make up, second floor has women wear modern dress, lingerie, kids wear, home furnishing etc, and 3rd floor has mens wear and accessories.

Though my previous trips to shoppers stop have all been pleasant but this time I particularly wanted to visit for a chosen Casio watch that I needed to gift my brother. So I made a pre call to the store to enquire and they transferred me to person in charge, Mr Vishwajit. He confirmed the product and explained the offers and benefits to me. On visiting the store he further helped me in picking better model in same budget. I am extremely thankful for his friendly attendance and assistance.
