Krishna Services Kolkata PURE IT service partner is Fraud and Chor. They have Looted several Unilever PureIT buyers. Beware. We bought . Machine as expected started seeking cost from 12 Months. Fraud service partner Krishna compounded problem - they issue receipts without fully intimating customer need of parts only to cover their visit, They even mention intimated ccustomer when nothing stated. Beware of fraud services by Pureit. After booking germkill kit they came to install and damaged the filter. Now they are saying that pump is not working which needs to change. Which will cost Rs2500 more. Moreover they will force you to buy various parts by saying that these have damaged like sediment filter, flow 450 etc etc. I have bought the pureit advanced (RO and MF) at Rs5400. After one year they are saying that my filters sediment filter, flow-450, gkk1 and pump all have damaged which will cost me Rs5700 which is more than filter actual cost. They are looting customers in this way. Stay away from Pureit.
