They take adequate safety precautions and the hair dressers do a great job in providing the specifications of the haircut you want. Been twice since COVID and its been a good experience. though it might be a bit of a pinch on the pocket.

Yes I liked it very much although it was kind of very luxurious for me to have a spa and all. But every service was really professional by Mr. Ashish (I am actually between Ashish and Akash). Except the beard trimming was not that I was happy with by Sandip (again I forgot the name) as hairs under the chin were not levelled. Although he asked me to check if it was alright but without my glasses I couldn’t check the details. Sandip also shampooed my hair with utmost care during the spa but I wasn’t happy with the beard trimming

Very expensive for ordinary level services.Hands waxing - 900/-Full legs waxing- 1500/-Upper lips - 250/-Roll-on-460/-NO TRANSPARENT BILLINGThis compulsory waxing roll-on to be bought for 230/- each(Additional plastic garbage).So just to PULL THE STRIPS THEY CHARGED 1500/-I agree it was my mistake that I didnt ask detail rates before but never expected so much charge for waxing.In conclusion, in these difficult corona times Jawed Habib should not extort money. ALL IN THE NAME OF COVID- DISGUSTING

Entire brunch of Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty in West Bengal opened with proper sanitization & also properly maintaining the social distancing norms for the customers. Im felt very much safe for taking services as a customer. I suggest all the other customers to visit the Salon without any hesitation.

Services are good staff not much cooperative

Had my covid haircut today, after last February. Most satisfactory, much appreciate skill of the lady cutter for styling my sparsely haired scalp. The salons cutters are quite good. My wife also is happy with them. They take sanitization seriously, felt safe. Minus point today was - the cutter lady did not do the minor customary groomings.

Its a brand name in this sector. So, the customers definitely must have high expectations from them. But sorry to say they are not able to fulfill that. New attendants most of the time gathering experience and we customers dont get the proper service as it should be. Prices are quiet high as per their services. Much more professional staff needed with a proper managing person.

This place is located in 1st floor of the building next to ujjivan small finance bank. During lockdown, they are taking some best safety measures. They are using thermal scanners, all hair stylists are wearing ppe suit. They santitize every 10 minutes. Behaviour of staffs is really nice. They maintain good hygiene overall. Haircut quality is obviously good. They are professional hair stylists.

Its located inside a residential place just beside the main road. Its on the first floor. For access you need to use stairs. Nice interior. Spacious though the entry point is little bit narrower in the waiting zone. Though the Waiting zone has a TV in overhanging position its not suitable for viewing from every seat located in this zone. Staffs are polite and professional. Almost every services for grooming is available. I got satisfied in haircut. I didnt take any other services hence not able to say about other services.

They have the worst behavior. They will force you to do what they want to do on you. You cannot stand your opinion over there. They keep making faces and fun of you. Theyre so good in criticising people.

I came on friday 28th Feb for hair cutting and had a pathetic hair cut. Mr Habibs might be expert in hair cutting but he need to pay attention to its franchises because the people who are doing the service here are very very average in their hair cutting service.

Unprofessional. Insincere. horrible pedicure and manucure. Haircut decent though. Closes at 9pm, but was refused service at 8.20pm.

Worst service.I have always been a true Jawed Habib loyalist and I continue to do so.I visited this particular salon on 7th of November at 2.30 pm for a haircut.I had a flight to catch at 7.30 at night.I requested them to attend to me.One of the service providers assured me that he would attend to me shortly.The receptionist was extremely Rude because they were expecting a bevy of high valued customers on that day and categorically asked me to excuse them.I was about to go when the service provider again assured me and entreated me to stay back .I waited for another 30 mins and then when I asked this particular guy aka Dipak whether he would attend to me, he categorically denied.It was already 4.30 and in no way could I visit any other salon.This was an extremely humiliating incident that I had faced and I had never experienced this at Habibs where I have been a loyalist for long.Do not visit this salon if you dont wish to be humilated

Other than the fact that the staff keeps pestering you to try out their other services, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The environment and the skills of the staff compensate the steep pricing. Its Habibs after all. Worth a try for sure.

Appalling attitude for a Jawed Habib franchise. My son was asked to wait for 25 minutes. One hour and they completely forgot about him. And then one of the girls makes a face and asks...you need a haircut!!!!!!!!!???? My wife and son just left. (On 31.03.2019)

Whenever I come to India I used to visit this branch as I have received very good service at one point of time. This time it was a disaster. A major disaster. I took an appointment and still the concerned person didnt turn up. The staff do not follow any sort of discipline.The other cutter gave me a damn Willie Wonka haircut.Its a ripper and I am utterly dissapppinted by the quality of staff.I got my hair fixed from another salon (not Habib) who employed a cutter with training from Habib as well.Think as many times as possible before u go to this branch.

Me my dad vistied the place....not at all advisible for men.Barbers act highly, mess your hair and pretend its the customers fault not being clear. Pay they want in full.I honestly paid a sum of Rs.708 to look worse.Very dissapointed. Insist you dont visit this place even at a gunpoint.

I normally do haircut from this place but this place has a lot more to offer. Shampoo is included with haircut. I am a client of Deepak and he is just amazing at his job. He is highly recommended from my side. The salon is just in the main road,once you cross bijon setu and go towards kasba side ,its a 1min walking distance from it.Price for haircut - 299+ tax . If you have a Jawed habib membership , you will get a 15percent discount

The highlights were awful. He dint listen to what I wanted and did according to his understanding which was very unpleasant. Getting permanent highlights from here was a bad idea. Disappointed.

Usually the waiting time is vey long.The hair dresser were not very professionals, they mostly casual, and dont pay attention to the clients likes & dislikes, but the fornt desk personnel are very polite and well behaved.

The first time i visited this particular branch of jawed habib, it was for a haircut. I was very happy with the hair dresser, Ashish. I was totally pleased with my haricut.I visited the parlor today for the second time for a Clean up. Didnt like the service to say the least by attendant Pinky Gosh. Wouldnt recommend being served by her, as i found her to be utterly rude when I questioned her about the procedure and she also ended up contradicting herself when the Salon manager was called to intervene.

Its all about Gimmicks. They can only make you fool and you will turn up spending a hell lot of money. Always the name is not enough, you need to think twice before investing money.
