This place has a spacious playground and also a park for children. During durga pujo the pandel is formed on the play ground. In spite of the low budget EC block pujo Committee never fails to create innovative pandel in each year.

Recently, local government and authorities have, in all seriousness, taken to repair and renovate parks and adjoining streets. In this process, two kinds of parks have seem to come up -1. One, where the main field is surrounded by steel nets, so that stray playing objects remain within the field and have less chance of injuring any pedestrian.2. Another, where the field is too small to be surrounded by nets. Such parks usually becomes hosting places for any ceremony.EC park belong to the first category. Its large center field is large enough to host a pandal and a fair during Durga puja. Every winter, for the past two years, local authorities are hosting a annual music function where celebrities from the field of professional music are invited to perform.EC park also has an adjoining childrens park Abol Tabol. It is also much tidy and decorated especially for the entertainment of the children. The children park opens only in the evening for few hours. Yet, the main ground is open all day round.

Not very crowded and noisy. Clean walkways and an enclosed grass field for walking barefoot on grass or playing a little game of football with your children/grand children. The attached childrens park acts like a magnate for children but open only between 4pm and 8 pm.Good for morning walk and your yoga exercises. There is a little covered area with benches if you want shade and rest for a while and a statue of Ramakrishna for the religiously inclined.

Nice neighborhood park adjacent to block market. Theres jogger track for every age group. Sitting arrangements are there for elderly and children. The park has a separate children enclosure with all amenities. Only thing that is lacking is a decent toilet. Parking is not a issue, enough space available.

Good place for morning or evening walk. There is a jogging/walking track. The ground actually is covered all around with a high thick wire net fencing, so that the walkers are not disturbed even if boys are playing inside the ground. The lighting arrangement is also good.

Such a nice park actually its a playground with a football court. And is also having a childrens park parallel. Having lots of fun activities children can enjoy here daily almost 100 to 200 children visit this park. There is a tea shop as well.

EC park has a very nice ambience. You can have a brisk walk in it , sit there with your friends and spend a good time with them.

Visited the place during Durga Puja, I had some food at Puja Food Counters.

This is not a high end park.. but if you are looking for a quiet place to sit and gossip... it isnt half bad.. there are even pujas and competitions held here all along the year!! 😊

This place is small but well maintained and also very well managed.Enough space for playing football and you can jog,walk and exercise on the path inscribed in the park.Good place near salt lake city for evening walk also.Environment is also good as well as society is favourable for late nights.Just 100 or 200 metres away from the city center metro station.
