They treat customers very badly. As long as I spent time in that service center, I saw how they were trying to make fool people. Older people, especially those who are not very good to using modern technology, are easy victim for them.

I called the given number in Garia Samsung Service Center website, Kolkata to talk about the problem regarding my Samsung phone. His manner of talking is so unprofessional. He does not know how to deal with a customer. He also did not tell the possible way outs properly. I never experienced this type of response from Samsung.

Vary poor sarvice Garia Samsung service. phone delivery takes more than an hour to hand over the phone, after replaceing the SAMSUNG M31 screen phone gate hangs all the time, so they said 7k motherboard replacemeant to fix it. 4.3k screen replacement + 7k motherboard +phone price 16k and they compare to iPhone X

Service is usually prompt and timely. Behaviour borders on the good side, however, experts tend to resort to stating unrelated causes to your issues. Its best to be cautious and do your research before visiting. Otherwise, in my experience, servicing/replacements have been timely.

Mapping needs to be improved further, so that one can reach the destination only with the help of Google map.

The process was super smooth. My flashlight was not working. I submitted the phone and they changed the motherboard within 24 hour. I had to spend only 20 minutes at the place. People at service desk were very professional.

Pathetic experience. Got an issue with phone display, warranty was still there...hence visited the center...The service engineer didnt even care to check except placed under a light and said you have to replace the screen, it will cost you 4600Rs also there are scratches so there will be no warranty, you had to keep it as clean as the new one... Didnt check anything other than looking for the scratches honestly.. After 10 months of use how can he expect there wont be having any nail scratches and trust me those are only visible under bright light... Screen was so clean

This is a SAMSUNG authorized service center; you can check it on official website of SAMSUNG. Everything is good here. But youve to request them to repair your SAMSUNG device on that same day. Otherwise, they wont repair in that same day due to high work pressure and unavailability of required parts.

I wanted to change my phone battery. They told me to wait for 2 hours. When I received my phone back....it had a crack. Looking at that I guessed how they handled my phone. Well its working all right now...cant complain about that. But please take care of peoples handset. They were also removing their masks repeatedly. & now I found its all the same as before & I know even if i take it for another servicing only money will be charged. I regret it so much!

This is weriest service center ever I found coz there staff behaviour was not good with the people nd they taking too much tym bt not resolved any solution m requested too main head branch too look into This matter....

Wont say very happy with the experience. Yet my job was successfully complete with waiting time around 2hrs which is pretty much what I expected.

Best service centre in terms to the parts availability, but fee things they need to look into. Like priority service, less waiting time, increase in manpower etc

This service center is better than others Because first I have visited hazra road service centre that is not smoothly giving services. They have been giving times to repair for 3 to 4 days & also prices high . Garia Samsung service center is excellent for public service. Thanks a lot to GSSC.

Indecent and rude behaviour. Went there today but the staff without even checking the phone said that the handset to be kept for 2 days. Will have to look for some other service centre. Very bad experience , upon arrival the engineer ask 2 questions . Is the phone out of warrenty or not , and the 2nd question is changing motherboard will surely fix any problem , should they get it done ... My phone was stuck at bootloop , and they said they have to change motherboard to fix it ... I know samsung dont bother about entry level consumers , so why should we ???

Quick service. I went to repair my broken screen. Got a price less than elsewhere in the market. Got the entire process done in under 2 hours. Happy customer. Only complaint - when I called ahead and enquired the colour of the replacement, they said the desired colour was available. When I went in, they said that it wasnt!!! I had to put in a contrasting colored ring or come back a few days later once my desired colour was available.

I went to replace my headset which was under warranty period, the lady staff refused to replace it without any valid cause and told me to go to any other service center. She really needs to learn how to talk with the customers and with good manners. Very poor Service...

The person in charge of the whole service centre is unable to exercise control over the staff and the public. Totally inefficient. There are seven counters but there are only two representative at any particular point although it has full capacity. Total waste of time.

Visited here to get a fix for my phone which was barely few months old. The front desk people stay more busy with their boyfriend / girlfriend while dealing with customers.Notice the jobcard carefully and you will believe youve learned english, but as a mistake..... Nothing much on this part, but its a nightmare - preferred not to experience.No administration or floor incharge, makes this place as good parts and service selling joint. Being under warranty - ive been told to pay 8k to fix my cell. Although Im writing this review with the same phone without spending a rupee.No professional approach, and no support if youre not spending money here.Please visit other service center rather than this. Strictly not recommended.

Near Hogwarts den at Garia more. Easy to locate. Waiting arena is huge. Proper sanitisation is not followed. Service providers arey friendly though. I personally did not get any positive results out of the centre as they ask a very high rate. Even if something minute has happened they would probably say that your phones motherboard is crashed. Go at your own risk and luck. Kudos!

Extreme pathetic customer service by Bably media centre Samsung SC.. Not professional at all. Most of the staff are unprofessional & not helpful. Recently visited there & spent almost 3 hours & found that they are behaving very rude to almost all customers. Not only that most of the previously treated customers are returned back to them & complaining about their poor and cheap quality services. Some of them are complaining that they are manipulating the with warranty devices & charges illegally.You will definitely understand their their below quality service if you spent at least one hour. . One of the most worst SC of Samsung.Should not be recommended at all.

Mobile is in warranty period. But screen replacement is chargeable, so it has charged Rs.6482 (inclusive GST) with 90days warranty period for this replacement.

Worst! Worst! and Worst!.1. They wont value your time, will reschedule your repairing dates one of the renowned service center to harass customers.2. You will visit with one issue but return home with different issue after wasting your costly time.3. Very poor management, no higher authority to take complaints.4. They will treat you like a you are nothing in front of them.5. You wont be addressed unless you request them to take your issue.6. I repeat worst!. I have regretted twice now i am never going to repeat this.

Very much satisfied with their service. My earphone was damaged. They replaced it within 15 minutes.

Paid INR extra last year and forget to take the change after service and after 3days when I asked for the refund with copy of invoice, they refused to pay as they know that they also forgot to refund me but as they lost the their copy of bill, so they cant refund that time. This was the excuse. I have gone there with a problem of charging and they solved that problem and also damaged my screen, now again I have repaired the screen now.
