Very bad experience while opening our savings account here. Unprofessional staffs! Lack of experience of handling customer is clearly visible. Manager do not even know how to behave with their own staffs in front of the customer. Not recommended at all.

Very rude behaviour by the personal banker. The man refused to remit my tuition fees because I have not informed him a day before. And he basically rudely behaved. On the same day I went to clive road branch and my application was promptly taken care of.Please learn to have proper customer handling skills.Please be informed to do the same remit I didnt have to prior inform the clive road branch but they actively took up my application.

One of the worst HDFC branches I have been to…the staff lives in a different world altogether…incompetent and lazy are just few adjectives to say the least..to top it all, even the ATM does not work properly.One example of incompetency: I went to deposit property tax and the banker told me to go to the Golpark branch. When I went to deposit the same, they told me it could have been done from any HDFC branch. So in this COVID situation I had to travel because of Santoshpur branches utter incompetence and negligence towards its customers.

I had terrible experience at this branch. Customers should strictly avoid this branch if they want to have peace of mind. The ugly lady at the counter does not know how to speak to customers. Does not have any banking knowledge, does not have any sort of behavioral skills. Really dont know how she got the job in HDFC. Their higher management should take a note of this.I was thinking to shift my account to this branch, not anymore!! Do they really think they will get away with this rude & arrogant behavior? I have already placed a complaint against her.

Baler branch, this is the wrost Branch in all over HDFC Bank.

Good bank.. Interest rates for Savings Account & Fixed Deposit is good.. Behaviour of employees are very good..
