What a variety 😍😍in serving teas along with the flavour ..taste 👌👌They even served taal paan on Janmashtami.A road side cafe near charu market but unparalleled both in taste and their down to.earth behaviour..The kesar malai cha and the plain lassi were much much better infact one of the best than most rated places and big cafes..Even the matir bhad in which they served tea was so sweet🥰🥰A Must Visit ..
A highly sought-after cafe, renowned all over Calcutta for its applaudable innovations in preparing tea, coffee & lassi. Although a very small cafe, but the variety of innovative & unique beverages that they sell, will even give the best of the cafes, a run for their money. The tea that I tried out was served in an aesthetically designed earthen cup that according to me shouldnt be disposed of immediately after one-time use, but should be recycled while drinking tea at home. The tea costed me only ₹30 & was made with pure, creamy milk that imparted a rich flavour. They make absolutely no compromise on the quality aspect of their products, which is something really commendable. Definitely recommended from my end. 👍🏻
Nice people! Nice service! And most importantly great quality of drinks! In short loved it.
Their Kesar Malai tea tastes 👌 great. One of the Best tea stalls by the road near Rabindra Sarovar Metro opp to Bhawani Cinema. Must try.
2glasses of heaven! 😇If you are in Kolkata and you still havent tried this, then youre missing something precious! This place has an amazing variety of coffee and tea. It is always crowded by college students and office goers. Blissful taste at a reasonable price! In frame: Chocolate Chai (Large)Price: 70Rs
We ordered a proper milk tea, a lemon tea and a chocolate tea. Each of the items were delectable. Surprisingly good quality at affordable prices. Only problem is four wheeler parking. If the tea joint is crowded with two wheelers you will have to park a bit further away from the stall.
Tripti Cafe is the most popular innovative Tea shop of the city of joy.. a small road side kiosk yet they have an ample amount of items to offer..Be it hot beverages or cold, most of their food items are too innovative and pocket friendly as well..Two of their best items are Chocolate Chai and Choco Express.. Everyone should visit here once at least..
This place looks like a tea stall on foothpath but packs a variety of shakes, syrups, teas and coffees. I went after knowing about their chocolate tea and coffee but was amazed to look at the vast varities of things they serve. Starting from normal tea and coffee to things like Tulsi Chai and Kesar Chai.We ordered their chocolate coffee and chocolate shake.Chocolate coffee - coffee with tons of Chocolate syrup, choco chips and cream overflowing the cup(literally!)Chocolate shake - has a premium taste of Chocolate ice cream, has chocho chips and chocho syrup. The rates are also cheap. Hope i had both large tummy and money to try all of their items!
Its a small tea stall which dishes out really tasty concoctions of hot chocolate and tea and coffee - ideal for any kolkata winter afternoon. Located just beside Rabindra Sarovar Metro Station Gate 6, this tea stall is pretty famous in the city for its cute and tasty chocolate chaa. They add fresh cream and chocolate sauce and choco chips to the ever loved chaa that every Bangali loves to create a unique and delicious combination of beverage. And thy decorate it with a little hearts biscuit and some sprinkles. They have a myriad other options to choose from durinh summer as well from lassi to chaach and what not. Will definitely visit again.
I am a regular customer here. Although the tea is actually good but compared to the prices they charge the infrastructure is not upgraded.Kindly will suggest to maintain some contengecny with hygiene.I know in kolkata ,a tea-stall with hygiene is a juvenile thought. But when someone is owning a business which is this good should think of compounding it rather than limiting its chances.Thats my humble feedback.Rest the cordial behaviour and the taste of malai tea will always drag me here.
The famous chocolate tea and coffee along with many more options of beverages. Good place to hangout for a small amount of time
The stall is quite good, great variety and taste, although prices have slightly increased, but a must recomend.
I have seen many articles about this tea stall and was in a lot of curiosity to visit it by myself, so finally got the time to visit this place. Its a small tea stall run by two people, much cleaner and organised than usual tea stalls and serves more than 100 types of hot and cold beverages including MIRCH MASALA ICE CHAI. Nevertheless I was there for the famous chocolate tea, though I am not a tea lover. I ended up ordering a LARGE CHOCOLATE COFFEE, which was kind of a eye candy for me. The shop owner was meticulously preparing the coffee putting each and every ingredient and what turned out was a work of art. Its located near Rabindra sarobar metro gate no 6. The coffee tasted really good and you could see the fresh and pure milk products used to make all the different preparations.Place = Tripti cafePocket pinch = ₹75(for the large chocolate coffee)
As the name suggests Tripti means satisfaction and this place is great for tea, coffee and lassi.I had their famous chocolate Chai.If you live close by then they could pack your food.I Forgot to put them in my fridge so they melted but while they were packing the chocolate Chai looked exactly as you see in other photos.Due to lockdown some gates of Ravindra Sarovar metro station are closed. The shop is located just opposite of gate 6.The Owner and founder is very honest about his shop so please go and enjoy your chai....
Loved it.. especially chocolate tea 🍵
In Kolkata there is a place where you can get chocolate tea.So thats why this shop is very popular for verities tea.You must try Malai Tea and also u can try the chocolate tea.Compare to the normal tea, the price of these teas are little much costly but its okay to have a different type of tea to try for sometimes.
Standing meekly in front of Rabindra Sarobar metro station gate 6, is a small tea shop called Tripti. It is a small, nondescript stall nestled near the footpath and one can easily look past it while crossing the place – but not anymore! You will find a small crowd lining up to buy tea from this stall at any point of the day. Why, you ask? Because this is the only roadside stall in Kolkata that sells chocolate tea!Yes, you heard that right! If you haven’t heard about it before (we’re sure you must have, by now), Tripti tea stall serves chocolate tea among other chocolaty drinks and it has taken the city by rage!We went to have this famous tea that everyone’s talking about and we have all the details! What?Chocolate tea, chocolate coffee, malai tea, tulsi tea, ayurvedic tea and more. How much?Rs. 25 for a small cup and Rs. 40 for a large cup of chocolate tea.Where is it?Right in front of Rabindra Sarobar metro station gate number 6, and opposite Bhavani cinema. We also caught up with Bijoy Sil, the owner of the stall. He told us that he’s been selling tea for two years now but the chocolate tea for about two months. On being asked about his inspiration to make such a quirky drink, he said, “In my experience, chocolate tea is only available in high-end cafes and restaurants and I wanted to bring the concept to the middle classes, so that they don’t have to pay a lot to enjoy something like this.”The chocolate cha is made with cocoa powder, a generous amount of Hershey’s chocolate sauce and topped with chocolate chips.Have you had the chocolate cha yet? Let us know!
The place is basically a cool place to drink lassi, tea, coffee various types of coffee lassi and tea are available here. Mostly crowded by college students and passerby peoples who already know what things are available here. But in my personal opinion there is not exceptionanl drinks that can not be made in home. They make it sweet by adding sugar and making thik by adding Amul creams. But arleat ones you should taste here.
This place is now my absolute favourite.. a roadside tea stall who serves you some lip smacking tea and coffee in their own unique style .. I loved it .. taste wise this place is a must try but main attraction is the presentation.. chocolate lassi topped with chocolate sauce , little hearts biscuits , colourful gems I just cannot take my eyes off ..
A small street side cafe .....You will get different types of tea and coffee here.....A lot shakes also available....But these stall is mainly famous in kolkata for its different types of tea..Specially chocolate tea..Its basically named TRIPTI CAFE..It is located absolutely in the left side of Rabindra Sarobar metro gate no 6.. Follow me on Instagram @foodie_raj_rocker to see a lot of food posts😋😍🍫☕
Instead of deferent flavour, just try boro khoka.
A very nice, well effortious and in-a-nutshell tea joint , you can find small gathering almost all the time here, mostly college and lake goers qre the customers. Their variety of tea, coffee and lassis are so attractive and tasty too, and that too under very mich pocket friendly range. The owner Bijay da is also very humble person. Overall a must visit especially during the evening time👍🏼
If u r up for something the unique chai and awsome lassii is the speciality
The best place to have the experience of chocolate tea and various milk shakes and coffee in kolkata
I really liked the chocolate iced coffee they made. I guess it was thier signature move and its a must try. Its delicious.
A wonderful place to relive those gossiping moments with friends and family members near Rabindra Sarobar Metro Gate no. 6. But there is no facility to sit. You just need to stand and enjoy the tea. Taste is good but the prices are not so nominal. See the menu photos for the latest prices.
Make a very good tea.A good place to give tea party to friends
Favourite tea, coffee & lassi café is this. Unusual but best quality of tea available here at a very reasonable price. Really love it.
A treat for the tea lovers !!!
Concept is very good & at very reasonable rates. Taste is good but not that great. I had chocolate lassi it tasted good but not that great. Taste needs to improve.

Good and unique place for tea, coffee and lassi. Looks good also tastes well.
Its a wonderful shop. The shop is very near the Rabindra Sarobor metro station. (Infront of monginis) Please try the chocolate tea atleast once. Please! Its the best tea I ever had. Amazing experience!
Nice place to add new experience having tea.
The chocolate coffee is just awesome..The quantity is a bit on the lower side but the quality is great
Its a great destination for all the chai and coffee lovers .. great quality in pocket friendly budget with loads of variety...
Location is great for a quick tea, milk shake, lassi...easily accessible by metro, bus, cab. Chocolate tea is a must try.
The prices are too high may be for the location or the containersbhar that they give cha in. But good taste. Its okay.
Great variety of soft drinks.
Available all types of chai there
This is a ride side tea stall with a great variety of tea/coffee and milkshake. From basic tea @6/- per cup to varities of tea coffee upto @80-100/- - you will get it all.Dont try Swiggy/Zomato. Its better you come down here and teste the flavours. Try Malai Tea, Chocolate Coffees . . . Even they have Aayurvedic Tea(I have not tried it)Fir this Christmas season, they launched a special itam called Santa Claus Christmas Tea - and the name dont describe it properly. It has Tea, Coffee, Ice Cream, IceCream Cone, Choco Chips, Gems, etc. Dont take it as a tea - take it like a dessert.
Price is a bit high. Food quality is awesome
