I ordered chicken biriyani, but the biriyani was rotten and, when I call them for complain they totally deny it and started arguing with me, worst experience ever

This restaurant is a fraud. Dont order anything from here through zomato or swiggy. The restaurant guy doesnt even have proper etiquettes on how to talk to women properly. And coming to the order, they dont deliver complete order. And tbh the taste is even horrible. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Its a very average local biriyani take away place, though the Chinese are better and good in portions but it still manages to be very ordinary.

Ordered food that came with a beedi stub in it. Yes, you read that right! Third class owner and staff behaviour. The guy we spoke to was probably the owner or like he called himself, the Manager and he was rude beyond imagination. He had the audacity to speak about our character, he unabashedly accused us of planting the contamination ourselves and humiliated us with statements like the state of West Bengal was deteriorating because of customers like us. He accused us of making up stories because we wanted refund. I wish we had the option to give a review with rotten eggs instead of wasting even one star on their godforsaken pathetic service. Shame on these people! They must shut shop and vanish or learn a thing or two about customer service.

Delivery boy is very re-responsible.. I have ordered one hakka chawmin at 9:15 ND my house is in a 5mins distance.. After calling so many times he delivered the food at 10 oclock.. He is very much careless Re responsible

If you want to kill yourself with bad food, then step in B M Food. The best place to serve aweful food. I could never imagine of such food which is not tasteless but, so bitter and bad in taste. I do not recollect of such bad food served in Kolkata....

Worse experience. Ihv ordered veg momo from uber at 11 pm at night and i got a cold (it was stored in refrigerator) chicken momo. This is the service.

Excellent biriyani at a much cheaper price. Comparable to Arsalan and with a bigger portion including an egg and potato for a chicken/mutton biriyani, which is not given in Arsalan.

A takeaway local food joint with affordable pricing . Famous for their different biriyani . Also sells Chinese but as the name suggests of you are thinking of trying their menu try their biriyani . Price ranges between 50-120

Just ok.. Cost between 80-100/-. But if you want to taste authentic biryani go for shimla biryani or lazees express or haji ali..

The biriyanis are very cheap do not buy biriyanis from here,bought 1 biriyani ate it and got sick in less than 2 hrs that Rs-80 biriyani will cost you a Rs-1000 for Doctor prescription do not buy cheap biriyanis from here,go to a better place and spend some money it will be still worth it believe me.
