I have not purchased from this shop but called them to know about service centre. When the persond who received the call heard that I bought the chimney from Flipkart, she refused to talk to me and told me that she will not provide me the service centre details as I did not purchase the product from their shop inspite of being a Glen dealer.This is the worst behavior I have ever had from a shop attender.Glen India shold take action against them may be by recording the calls.
