You can choose between many options, be it weight training, cardio, aerobics, etc they have it all. Also you would be guided by two of the most knowledgeable and accomplished trainers. They are always watching you and and share correct postures and tips for you to effectively and safely reach your goal. Happy gyming friends and yes my personal experience...from 91kgs to 75kgs had been a wonderful and a life changing experience for me.

One of the best place in South Kolkata to work out. The owner of the gym is a great guy and the current trainer is amazing. Other members are also very friendly. They also have periodic competitions and prizes are given. It is definitely an enjoyable experience to work out in this gym.
