Very good Eye care hospital having various branch.Facilitywise in my view it has excellent service facility with almost all type of modern equipment for eye care at a very moderate rate.Very neat and clean and having good behavior &well trained by staff and helping attitude.Huge number of Eye specialist /Doctors available for attending critical cases.

Pathetic behavior of the staffsCash counter lady is talking with her boyfriend 24h via phone and not listening to patients.And those who are sitting outside chambers were very casual, they didnt even bother is is coming who is going.Disha management look into your staffs or this branch will no longer operational in near future.

Hospital is good but the main problem is, all the transactions are done in CASH only. I went to visit Mr. Asit Chakraborty for my eye problems but couldnt take medicine as I didnt have enough cash. On asking about debit / credit card acceptance, they simply denied.Digital payment is not accepted though the government is encouraging it among citizens...If you are going to visit, carry enough cash...

The doctors here are really helpful and well behaved! Thanks for their modesty. But, the 1st floor receptionists must learn how to behave with the patients, she literally showed her bossy nature over my guardian. We try to maintain the decency but this time she forced us to shout on her because of some statements she shouldnt have said! 2 star only for the doctors. Seriously hated her behavior.... Makes me angry when ever I recall

Good hospital ever

Outdoor visit was a lot better than I expected. All the things are well organised. Staffs behaviour is pretty good as well. And check up cost(₹100) is as low as in any local medical halls. Overall nice experience.

EYE CARE HOSPITAL WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY

You can reach there by rickshaws from the railway station. And it will cost you around ₹10-15/- per person.Doctors are fine.but their system is worst.Though I had booked an appointment on phone 2days ago, I had to wait for about 2hrs on the given date.Even the staffs were rude.I hears that this is a newly opened Disha eye hospital in this area. And the first one is in barrackpore.

Today i am came to Barasat Disha with my Mother for consult with Dr Arijit Mitra.There is no Air condition and fans which is working properly. I am Feeling so hot with suffocation in the hospital.Also there is no drinking water for the patients. plz do the needfull.

Great place,staff members are helpful,doctors are great,just need some timing adjustment as many doctors are not always present.Its better to call and ask if the doctor is present or not & alternative doctors are also there

Just opposite of Barasat college on NH 34... easily noticable from the main road...takes 12-15 min from both Barasat nd hridaypur station....you are suggested to come here taking enough time in your hand.
