Very beautifully decorated metro station. When we entered inside- it was a wow feeling, very neat and clean. New metro platforms are covered with railing - when rail enters the platform gates do not open till the coaches stop and shuts before leaving platform so that no chance of accidents. This system of metro platforms made it safe and secure.

Im totally delighted to have visited this metro station. Very much amazed at the huge marvelous architecture and design. Very Beautifully designed. One of the best NextGen metro station in the City of Joy.

Facilities are wonderful. But there are no takers. I have seen only two people at the station on a weekday afternoon.

Took the east West metro to Salt Lake sector 5. The station is at 99% non occupancy, along with the trains. But the ride can give excellent view from the train.

This is a newly built East West metro station near Salt Lake stadium.The station premises is very well organised and neat and clean.All types of arrangements like escalator, elevator, sanitizer, drinking water, automatic recharge kiosk are there.This place is very much spacious.

Newly inaugurated Metro Station of Kolkata Metro Railways East West Corridor, with all the modern facilities. This is being well maintained, for the time being, but we have to see how it is taken care of in the future when the footfalls will increase.The escalators, screening doors are all perfect and working in perfect sync. Washrooms are well maintained as well.The station is good for doing some photography as well, especially due to the fact, you can get great panaromic views of the EM Bypass, Salt Lake Stadium along with Salt Lake from here. Also they have ensured that since the station is dedicated to the Stadium, they have placed some figurines and art depicting sports, which is quite considerate as well.

This metro system, cars and the overall experience is pretty good. Its quite underutilised though. You can use the same metro smart card here.

Decorated with high class machineries, technology and art, all the six stations of this first phase have an international makeover!! For this introductory days, the law and regulations regarding photography has been loosened and as a result the interior designs have become the background of selfie loving people and the places become tourist spot!!!! The route makes the way easy for the jobbers going to Sector V. The train system is up to the mark till now. I hope the next phase will start very soon.

Clean & well maintained metro station.Connects you to Sector 5 & Karunamoyee within 15 minutes of boarding the metro.Incomplete, yet it’s less time consuming for travel between Sector 5 & Mani Square.

The new open metro station - called East-West Metro corridor. Its the midway route to sector 5 via Bengal Chemical > City Centre > Central Park > Karunamaye > Sector 5 . This route is Elevated and rest are underground. The new set of metro coach are extremely good and set with digital system like CCTV and led display ( station information ) . Lets see how long its cleanliness is maintained, right now its very clean and clear.

Overall good place,but for take metro on saltlake stadium metro station, you should get off at APOLLO hospital stopege . Because the mtro stations nearest stoppage is Apollo hospital stopage.... By the wat the station is good

Views from the station is just awesome. Trail run is going on everyday. Ticket counters are there. Just beside the Apollo Gleneagles hospital Kolkata. Next to the Bengal chemical metro station. Saltlake stadium is just 3 mins walking distance. Viewed from normal traffic. Wheelchair accessible entry here.

The East West Metro which was unveiled to the public on the occasion of Valentines Day, 2020. This Salt Lake Stadium station like all the other stations are beautiful, really modern, has automatic ticket dispensing machines like Delhi Metro Stations, the platforms are equipped with Platform Screen Gates and the swanky BEML trains. Amazing design of the trains.

Amazing metro station... In the initiative stage east west metro covers just 6 stations of salt Lake... They are 1.salt Lake stadium 2.bengal chemical 3.city centre 4. Central Park 5. Karunamoyee 6. Salt Lake sector 5...the designing of this station is very good... And the journey is fabulous and cheap also...

So far so good. Testing of the new metro has begun. Hoping to ride it soon. The test metro is making daily rounds now all day, morning to night.

The Salt Lake Stadium Metro Station is built overhead on the crossing of Kadapara on Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, in front of the Swabhumi, near Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals Kolkata and the Salt Lake Yuba Bharati Krirangan. It is the last overhead station en route of East-West Metro Railway in Kolkata before the subway route to Phoolbagan.
