Bought an iPhone 11 from the store yesterday, they gave me the best deal (I had contacted imagine stores in quest , south city and Bhawanipur). I got the iPhone 11 128gb along with the charger and accessories, checked the phone on apples website and it was genuine. Their customer service is really good and the executives are really informative and well-spoken. Totally loved the experience and its a 20/20 , def gonna go there again for buying apple products in the future.

Its a decent place to get your everything apple. Stock seems to be low, if its due to the logistics issues the pandemic has caused or not, is not clear. There wasnt many options for the iPad Pro 2021.But the staff is very polite and competent and they help you with everything. A staff called Amlan, had gone out of his way to help me. I liked it very much. And as for Apple, well you already know its the best you can get..

I changed my screen protector for 8+ from here on 14 Sep, 2020. It cost more than 2800rs. The store person couldn’t place it properly and left air inside (causing bubble). And he forced me to pay money. When I asked “why should I give you money? You didn’t even place it properly, it doesn’t look nice with those bubbles trapped inside. He forced me saying “I have opened the pack and you need to pay money”.And now I am using this screen guard with those bubbles inside. Very inexperienced staff. Do not ever come to this store. Go to south city instead.

I went there to buy macbook air on finance so after choosing the model when the finance guy came, dont know what he did and after checking he said two of my Bajaj finance cards were blocked and they couldnt do anything know then I went to the south city imagine store and the loan approved in 5 mins so it was a horrible experience for me and now that I am thinking about it I realise that acropolis store has very bad serivce and inexperienced staffs. I will recommend the South City store anytime !!

Horrible service , didn’t bother to return money even after 3 months . Only after threatening to take police action they returned money.All the staff were extremely unhelpful and lied . I would never recommend going through imagine acropolis or south city.Severe action should be taken against employees.

Great place. Really helpful staff. Would love if they had all the varients available, but not to worry even if they dont theyll make sure you get your preferred one. My advice call about the availability before you go to purchase.

The salesmen over there are not warm and they show you the products very reluctantly well if all that matters is you get your favourite Apple product or not go ahead and purchase whatever you want but otherwise the store is not interesting.

Their Genius response was “we didn’t have the products so we didn’t reply”. I visited this place and the store was closed. However i entered the store and requested them if i can ask any question. One sales guy replied the store is closed and will not answer to any questions. Then i insisted that i know that the store is closed and i am here just ask a question. His reply was he was closing his cash so he is not liable to answer to any question. Come on guys you are trained enough to handle customer who walk through that door in a globally no. 1 brand. We are not some cats and dogs to be behaved like this. A worst experience ever in an apple store.

I visited the store to buy Apple Protection Plan for my iPhone X.They gave me the APP but could not provide me with a bill saying that there is some problem, but I should receive one on mail.It has been over 15 days now, but I have still not received the bill.Moreover, I am unable to activate the APP online too. It is showing an error. When I contacted Apple Support for the same, they said that they could not find any APP with the serial code that they had sold me. They even stated that it could be a counterfeit product. I have no clue as to what to do.

I purchased iPhone 8 Plus Back cover (NeoPack) from Acropolis Imigine store cost is 1999/-and within 15 days it was peeled off the mat finishing in bottom corner then I visited the the Imigine acropolis store to show cover their staff but their behaviour are too rude and irresponsible and they denied any type of warranty.Then how can anybody trust.

Never ever visit this store to buy apple apple products. I purchased an iPhone on 1st August and they did not give me the bill saying that their system was not working. And promised me that I would get soft copy of bill on my mail within an hour. An hour went by, days went by and I did not get any mail. After calling a week later, they said that they will look into it .Nothing happened and I kept on calling every week. Today on 22nd September, I visited the store to get the bill and the manager was not even aplolegetic. He kept me waiting for an hour and talked rudely as well when I asked for the reasons of delay. He was saying that he did a great job by giving me the bill 52 days after the date of purchase. Never expected such service from apple store. So pathetic.

Its a premium reseller of Apple here! So all the guys here in the shop behaves with customers at premium level, literally.I experienced there a cool quiet and helpful buying moment. Apple store has lost its trust. I had to visit the store 3 times in just one day!! That too just for a screenguard and a cover of my iPad. Had to replace them both eventually and it was a big hassle for me. One of the staff was not co-operative and helpful.Extremely bad service and highly disappointing. Apple stores are supposed to be better!! No value for money.

I visited with my friend on 30-08-2017. He had an issue with his phone bought from the same store just 5 months back. Upon approaching the staff who was talking to other client told us clearly that he wasnt a Multitasker and would not talk our query, with all arrogance he may have learnt in his life. Now the question arise who on Earth doesnt multitask at work? Who the hell did he think of himself? If this behavior continues, I am afraid I cant see a bright future with this store. He was behaving as if we were there to beg. He was so shameless that he didnt even bother to say a word of apology after I stated clearly on his face that he is not suppose to talk to his clients in the manner he was behaving. We however decided to wait there, but he wasnt ready to attend us and then called upon another staff to answer our query. This person for some shocking reason was good. I am too upset with their behavior.

While the store is pretty responsive to phone calls, there is a lack of product displayed and available for demo. The staff a nice and courteous, but I felt they have a gap when it comes to technical knowledge and guidance for helping to buy a product.

Date of incident: 9th April, 2017The store personnel had absolutely no sense of customer relationship management to say the least. Despite multiple representatives present none had the decency to even enquire about the problem. When I specifically went and asked them my requirement they seem to be least bothered. Pathetic, everyone in the store seems to have a superiority complex. FYI I purposefully didnt say that Ive been a patron since 2007/8.
