Owners are quite rude. They wont touch or service your cycle if it is not bought from them. Wont sell you any accesories either.Apparently it is their own rule.I doubt they will be any better even if you did buy a cycle from them.

Good and biggest place to buy Hero and Firefox cycles in south Kolkata. Has a wide variety of kids Cycle too. Must have a collection of over a thousand cycles.They wont bargain on the price so keep a track of that.No car parking available. So take a taxi or two wheeler to go there if you want to buy the cycle.

Very poor service. I bought a Hero bicycle for my daughter and brought it to my home and my daughter found the bell was not assembled. Immediately i went to Ghosh cycle store and after having lot of quarrel by a group of 5 people, they assembled it.Very poor experience.

Pathetic and low quality cycles. There is no cycle store as such in Garia, if you need to buy cycle for your kids so you must visit this store. Their quality is everyday going down and down. Cycle will be broken within one month. Now it will start breaking parts by parts every alternative week. Very poor quality and owners behavior are also not good. Ek chetiya market so who cares.

I had read their reviews on poor after sales service, however I choose to ignore and went ahead with the purchase.The cycle given was a faulty one and upon going to their store, they conveniently said that the wheels would run free in a few days.Its only a place to buy old stock cycles.Apparently my friend had also taken a montra a month before me, and his gear system was again faulty. No support provided by them.Its been almost 6 months and nothing. I have tried local mechanic, but they too havent been able to fix it.So better to buy from Decathlon then waste your money here.

I agree that they have a good collection of cycle and when you go for purchasing it their behavior is just awesome.But did you ever go there for after sales support? No right, I did and found their behavior is just opposite. They will treat you like you are a beggar and asking for after sales service.They will always give you different alibis that why they cant do it today and will ask you to come next day.They believe in one time relationship with the customer and nothing more.Trust me go there and ask for the the after sales service of you cycle and you will also discover it.I am giving 1 rating only because of their after sales service which they commit you while giving you the purchase bill.

Was looking for an MTB for my brother, and after some research, this shop popped in my Google suggestion. Gave them a call before coming and it seemed that they had some good stock. Hence decided to pay a visit.The shopped looked nice, they have a good inventory no doubt. Asked the owner about my query and the first thing he said, would you buy right now or did u came to have a look. My obvious reply was I would buy if I find what Im looking for. To that he started to make excuses that theres no one to attend you now, come after some hours. I said you are there, u r the owner, u r taking money from the present customers, cant you show? To that hes reply which came as a surprise that he has no idea about bicycle, hes son knows everything, please leave and come later.I said its not possible for me to come again as Im not near the locality, and left.So searched the store on map to check the review and I wasnt surprise.I dont know about what faulty cycle they are selling or what sales support they are providing or not, but experiencing there behavior like this for a new customer is definitely a red flag for me, and no matter how good a stock they have. It is not worth trusting a shop and its owner who refuses to attend a customer just because he wont guarantee a purchase.I would not suggest this shop at all.

I believe that they do not follow comments made by people for or against them.Very rude, customer unfriendly and proud.Seen that they even replace parts with poor quality one. Moment you question, they will come back with utter lie answer.Just couple of days back I bought a ranger and while fixing attachments they changed with inferior quality of clutch made of fiber / plastic. On asking for metal clutch they refused to provide saying clutches are made of only plastic and fixed it. On my ride, back home, the same clutch got broken as suspected.Immediately, rushed back to the store for replacement and I had to wait another hour for replacement. On my insist on metal clutch, one senior staff offered some superior quality clutch stating that he is offering this as I was not crying loud and talking hot.Imagine !!!Experienced that the same thing had happened to a lady, who was also cheated with same clutch. She was escaped marginally from an accident.Surprisingly, staff / owner were involved in argument pointing mistake of rider and advising that rider should apply both the clutches at a time.Someone stepping in, please observe the staffs for 5 minutes.They will hardly welcome you rather they will inquire whether you are there for shopping or window shopping.Ghosh Cycle Co - Its your business, wake up.

A big cycle Store beside Kavi Nazrul metro. I purchased my first cycle 3 years before from here. I visited the store again on Aug 2020 but could not find the model I was looking for and was over priced if I compare the models with e-commerce portals.

Massive range of cycles. A large number of Indian and foreign brands. Not very expensive. They provide freebies such as mud guard, bell, lock, reflector etc. Overall a very good experience.

Huge stock and variety to suit all pockets.The owners are helpful and cooperative. They sell accessories also.Shop is open on Sundays which is a plus point and the location is prominent.

Operates from a basement, has good assortment of cycles of all types, didnt get accessories but it is due to the lockdown. The guy was helpful, understood my need and advised accordingly. Quite pleased that he didnt try to upsell. Moreover, since they are distributors you will get it a shade cheaper.

Last week I bought a tri cycle from the shop for my baby girl. They charged Rs. 2200 for the foldable funride cycle. However bought it after a bargain for Rs.2000. Today at my utter disgust I discovered the MRP of the same model cycle of the same company to be only of Rs.1610 that the e commerce sites are selling at a discount of Rs. 271. This is simply cheating on the customers. As the cycle didnt have the price attached with it so did they took a chance to cheat on us. This is simply unacceptable. I will never suggest such an unethical place for any future purchase, in spite of the fact that they have a good collection of cycles to their credit. Moreover, on our inquiry about any after sale service, they very clearly hinted on their disinterest for any future support.

I bought polygon premiere 5 from the owner of Ghosh cycle and co Jeet.Well the first and foremost thing I love about it is the availability of the bike which wasnt available throughout India.Secondly at the best price!!Though I would recommend everyone to visit the shop and for best collection and price!!

Vast collection of cycles but extremely unsatisfied.Purchased a cycle as on 9.8.2020. they will lead you to large hall full of cycles stacked in rows. The cycles are wrapped in brown plastics and u have to choose one without having a look at the naked cycle. So unless you purchase and tear off the wrappers u cant have a 100% idea about the design of the cycle. They will take the cycle u choose out of the godown and if the cycle has some stratches they will say that the cycles come in batches and there will be some stratches and will not provide u another one from their godown. Their aim is liquidation of their stocks without thinking about customers. Even worse are their mechanics. They assembled my cycle and on my way home the seat got loose. Fixed it at a local shop. Again during the second day of my outing with the cycle the seat came off. The local mechanic said the seat is too small. They basically dont care about the customers only they target their sales. Think twice before buying.

The sheer width of variety displayed helps reach a decision according to requirement and budget.Mr.Ghosh Junior (sorry I dont remember his name) is hugely passionate about bicycles and he will take you around the bewildering variety on offer and help you choose the most appropirate one. Unlike most places, here you get appropriate advice on what size, quality, make and model is appropriate for you according to height, build and intended use.One thing I can never forget is entering the darkened store and standing among the bikes, and then Mr.Ghosh dramatically switching one the lights one by one, revealing row after row after row after row of bikes.They have a lot of bikes already assembled, and will assemble yours in a jiffy if not done earlier.Spares are branded and everything from helmet to gloves to lights are available at reasonable prices. Again, there is no attempt at hard-sell. You can pick an choose.

When I started asking about the cycle I was looking for, I was told that they do not keep it and I should instead buy something they have.

Good collection of cycles at near reasonable price. But dont expect any good quality service. Even the timing of service for buyers is such that its very difficult to avail that.

The sellers are helpful and also resourceful regarding their bikes. They have got a great collection of national & international bikes. I bought a mountain bike from there. They also do 2months of free servicing from the date of purchase of the bike.

At the time of my first visit I was impressed with their huge stock and also their behavior, and on the same day I purchase a bicycle without compare with any other store. Also I think that they provide good fittings and good quality, but this was my big mistake to believing on them.After few days using the bicycle I found a lot of defect on fittings and parts. So as per their advised I go to the shop and said the problem and then their behavior turned 180degree. Each and every staff started arguing with me and shouted like a mad DOG and also said that they dont solve the problem.But they give me a good advice to contact with manufacturer or any other shop, but they dont do this.Just one request to everyone who thinking to purchase from GHOSH CYCLE, before paying the bill just check each and evry small issues. One of the most important and vital issue is the balance of the Cycle which mainly depends upon the cycles RIM.I guarantee it, GHOSH CYCLE is not able to provide a single piece of CYCLE without curvature(টাল) on RIMSo guys if you dont have any idea go with a person whose have a good idea on bicycle fittings.

Went to the shop with an expectation of rude and bad salesmanship but was surprised by the owner-son Jeet. He is awesome and a very gentle new generation business-person who gave us quite an hour of time to select our cycle. Truely huge and wide rage of collection that is difficult to find.

Never ever visit this shop for anything, they only sell insult. They are expert in disrespecting customers!! Even before you enter the shop the shopkeeper will throw you out. And you try to speak anything?, they will blow you off. Each and every salesman of this shop go under intensive training, expert specialized and certified course of “how to insult any customer”.
