They really need to upgrade their staffs in terms of skills and customer satisfaction. Purchased a shirt worth Rs 4k and when I asked for the trial they provided me a different shirt which fitted me well and thus I went about purchasing the shirt of my choice. But when I actually wore the shirt on an occasion for which I bough the same it was so tightly fit that I barely could take breaths and all my plans went in vain. Now whom to blame and what to do with this shirt. My 4k wasted. Very much unsatisfied and highly dont recommend

I had the worst experience ever. I bought a leather jacket worth ₹7000 during winter. The next winter when I took out the jacket found that the leather has started to break apart. No support from the store. Totally fake leather. So Ill suggest not to buy any leather garments from here.
